I mean after I walked into the dealer I had already had on my mind wh My experience at the Infinity dealer of Melbourne was amongst the best overall! I mean after I walked into the dealer I had already had on my mind which car that I wanted to purchase, but I just wanted to feel out for myself if maybe there might be another vehicle in comparison that I might want as my own! As I walked in to the dealership I was greated by Justin in a very cordial and up most respectful way! I told him that I have been looking to purchase an Infinity for the past 3 1/2 years, but haven't due to I was a contractor in Afghanistan! I asked for him to show me a variety of vehicles and after test driving them that maybe I would make a choice at that time! I drove the G25 and the G37 S Sedans! Although I did also want to drive the all wheel drive sedan also, they did not have one in their inventory at the present time! But reassured I also thought that an all wheel drive vehicle wasn't a necessity in Florida, where the weather isn't at it's worse like up north! Justin was upfront and straight forward not hiding anything from myself the consumer! He also found out that I was very knowledgable of the Infiniti sedans and that I knew pretty much everything the sedans have to offer! Justin an I myself are friends on Facebook and I recommend himself to others when meeting them! I tell everyone that I meet of my excellent experience at Infinity of Melbourne and I reassure them that if they are interested or in the market of a new vehicle that they cannot go wrong by purchasing with Infinity of Melbourne! My sister is a doctor up here in South Carolina! She is also in the market for purchasing a new SUV and I took her to the Infinity site and told her that she couldn't go wrong! That she should purchase the new 2013 JX! She said she would let me know of if and when and that I could introduce her to Justin at Infinity of Melbourne! More

I have never financed a car before and was not sure I would be able to, but the team at Infiniti of Melbourne did everything and more to get me into my dream car! The salesmen are not what you would expe would be able to, but the team at Infiniti of Melbourne did everything and more to get me into my dream car! The salesmen are not what you would expect salesmen to be like at car dealerships. Usually I find salesmen pushy and rude, but Justin, Barry, Brian and Mike were so nice it almost did not even feel like I was at a dealership. They made me feel very welcome and like a true guest and are a very professional team. Barry and Brian did not give up until they found a bank that would finance me and I really appreciate their hard work. Justin and I are friends on Facebook where I have seen him post constantly about new and used cars on their lot and knew he would be the one to get me into a car. He not only gave me a great price on the car I was interested in but he also pays for half of a car tinting job if you mention knowing him from his Facebook post for Infiniti! In the future when I decide to get any more cars it will be from Infiniti of Melbourne! More

Justin Howard is a very friendly and conscientious young salesman that was most helpful with our purchase of the JX 35. He and others at Infiniti of Melbourne searched for several days to find the JX 35 wit salesman that was most helpful with our purchase of the JX 35. He and others at Infiniti of Melbourne searched for several days to find the JX 35 with all the options that we wanted. We were provided with a loaner car until our's was delivered. When delivered, it was raining and the car was parked under the canopy for our final check list and instructions on how to use several of the technology features. Justin set up the bluetooth connection for both our phones and went through all the different features in the car. He was very thorough. We left very pleased with our JX 35 and the outstanding service we received. We've been back for the Bodine treatment and while there were greeted by Justin and Kevin who were most gracious by offering us drinks, etc. They are so accommodating and friendly. I look forward to my service dates just so I can chat with them on occasion. More

I am purchasing a vehicle the Infiniti FX 35, It is extremely sporty and lots of room for your 4-5 passengers. I contacted the dealer and he has been very knowledgable about the vehicle. I looked at the Orlando Dealership and the sales girl basically just got the keys to show it, really didn't know anything about the car. These cars have so many features you probably would need a 1/2 days class to learn all the outstandingly unique features it has that no other cars do... You really need to let these guys tell you about their cars any why you want to buy them over other cars. Other dealership just open the door for you, these guys really know their cars. Oh and the personal assistant what an awesome concept. We thinks these cars are just top notch that we are thinking about getting a QX also in the future. Call them they will help you figure out what car is best for you. More
