In my 89 years of living I have bought many many cars Rolls Royce, BMWS, Mercedes you name it, sometimes 2 cars a year I have easily purchased over 100 vehicles. Justin was my best salesmen yet and after I bought my G37S Convertible from him I came back the next day to put synthetic into my Infiniti and I bought another one from him a M37S. Justin came over on new years day and spent the whole day with me teaching me how to use the features on my car such as the bluetooth speaker phone, nav system and climate controls. He actually still calls me about every few days to see how im doing and how im enjoying my 2 cars. Justin is a great young salesman that will go extremely far in this business, with his personality technique and sales approach. Everyone else I dealt with at Infiniti of Melbourne was a absolute please including the managers finance department and service employees. I stopped in to check out the new JX35. Mike Durkin greeted us and thoroughly showed the features and options available. He then provided pricing for leasing and introduced me to his other coworkers. After we left, he wrote a very nice follow-up email that provided that personal touch. When I was ready to lease, I called Mike and requested availability of the color and options I wanted. He let me know which were available, and discussed with me all the items I really needed, and didn't try to get me a more expensive package I didn't need. Most other dealers will press without consideration for what the customer truly needs. It was already 9pm, but he did a special delivery that evening with a bow on top of the hood since I told him it was a surprise for my wife. The convenience and friendliness were top notch. No hassles during the negotiation process either. And because it was late, he scheduled a convenient time to stop by the next day to fully introduce how to use every feature of our new JX35. He even brought along complimentary Starbucks coffee to our order. He was extremely courteous and dedicated to fulfill our needs with the vehicle. The experience and service provided was World class. The value I have received is beyond what I paid for the car. In this price range, quality of service is expected, but Mr. Mike Durkin far exceeded those expectations, and is the best salesperson I've dealt with to date. After numerous online researching and dealership visits to all of the ones mentioned, my experience with Infiniti exceeded the rest. It was not just one dealer but the entire dealership. Because of their non pushy style of selling cars, they focus more on the customer experience and getting to know all my needs and preferences. After frequent visits (I really took my time searching for my next car: 8 months) I saw the following: Michael Durkin, Brian Hubble, Bob D., Barry Mazade, Kevin, Chase Caudle, Nish Baker, and Justin Howard. When I was ready to purchase, I decided on a 2009 CPO G37s Coupe in white, COMPLETELY Loaded. My direct dealer was Michael Durkin. He took great care of me to ensure not only was my purchase of satisfaction, but my overall experience with the dealership was top notch. For example, the entire dealership knows Im going to give my G37S to my wife at the end of the year and I want a Sedan. When I took the G37s in for the install on my LoJack, without even flinching, they told me to take the G37S SEDAN overnight. These guys clearly know how to make their customers feel like family. Another thing, Barry (Finance Director) made EVERY effort possible to find me the absolute best interest rate. To my satisfaction, I accepted my epic interest rate and opted for more coverage on my vehicle. (twice a year bodine paint treatment, LoJack, Dent and Ding Protection, bumper to bumper coverage on ANYTHING including the Sat and Nav if it goes wrong, seriously too much to list). Overall, Car and Driver magazine Consumer Reports, they have been in the business of researching vehicles much longer than my measly 8 months (pure obsession by the way)…ALL of them conclude, the Infiniti brand is a the most reliable, most bang for your money, and now they should add Infiniti of Melbourne the best car buying/shopping experience. I encourage all my friends and you to go and visit Michael and the rest of the great staff to experience it for yourself. I love the experience so much I visit them atleast once a week (who does that) just to go and raid their fridge (jk). The dealership itself I consider my friends. So it’s entirely genuine when I say I LOVE my dealership. At the end of the year, I look forward to return to get my M37 Sport and give my G37S coupe to the wife. More

I purchased a new Infinity G37 Sedan on June 29th. I wanted to recognize this dealership for their outstanding service during the sale. It was a very positive experience and I would strongly recommend them to others. The Sales Person (Michael Durkin) was very knowledgeable about all Infinity vehicles. He was not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right car to meet my needs. He did not try to "up-sell" features or car types, and in some cases educated me on why I didn't need certain features or styles that would have cost me more. He was not only knowledgeable about Infinity vehicles, he also knew quite a bit about competitive vehicles and was able to answer comparison questions and explain pros and cons of various brands. Since I already knew about the other brands, I could tell he was being honest and forthright. He also had patience and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We test drove multiple vehicles to make sure I had what I needed to choose the right one. After visiting this dealer, I did not bother going anywhere else to shop. The entire experience was positive, including the negotiation process and the finance process. I feel they gave me a fair price for my trade, and they had great financing options. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of all the staff I encountered, but everyone was very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcomed and appreciative of my business.
