I had a great experience working with Michael and Brian. Their team was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me. Thank you Infiniti! Their team was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me. Thank you Infiniti! More
I recently have leased a new Infiniti G37 a few months ago and had an amazing experience at that time. I dealt with Justin Howard (salesman) and Brian the sales manager. Both were terrific from the time i ago and had an amazing experience at that time. I dealt with Justin Howard (salesman) and Brian the sales manager. Both were terrific from the time i got there. I wrote a great report on here for that specific time. Things since then have changed. I contacted Justin about a couple of weeks ago about another purchase i wanted to make. When i got there he had the vehicle ready and we took it for a ride. We came back and started playing the numbers game. Brian was currently busy with another salesman on a different sale. Justin had to play the numbers game now with the General Manager, Joe Thompson. This was a complete and utter joke. He never once had the courtesy of walking over and introducing himself at all. Keep in mind Justin went back and forth with the numbers at least 4 times. Brian introduced himself the first time and offered me something to drink on my first purchase which was very nice of him something his General Manager lacks. After the forth trip Justin made the General Manager spoke up and said " this is the deal, if he doesn't like it then he can leave". Say no more Mr. lack of professionalism General Manager. I told Justin i really wanted to do business again with this place but however i was too disgusted with the actions and lack of respect that the General Manager has for the customer's let alone returning customers. I made a complaint today on there website and received a phone call from a Guy named Chase. He was totally understanding from what I had to say about the General Manager and apologized. However, another situation in which i brought up he did not want the dealership to take ownership of. Now this separate incident is an issue that was brought to my attention by someone from Infiniti Corporate in which Infiniti of Melbourne does not want to back up. Least to say the only way I will return to Infiniti of Melbourne is when my lease is up and I hand over the keys to the car. I know that the owner who which is a very nice and down to earth guy Mr.Aj Hiers reads and checks this website on a frequent basis. I hope this catches his eye and I will have the opportunity of speaking with him. More
DO NOT GO TO INIFINITI OF MELBOURNE. they will cheat you and worst, they will rob you of your respect. We were fraudulently pushed into buying a Infiniti JX35 that was advertised as CERTIFIED pre-owned. and worst, they will rob you of your respect. We were fraudulently pushed into buying a Infiniti JX35 that was advertised as CERTIFIED pre-owned. After a long tussle and a loss of faith we offered to buy the Certification for additional $900 but were denied certification! Additionally, MR. JOE THOMPSON was extremely rude and humiliated us by using derogatory language and literally showed us the door! We are extremely hurt and disappointed because we had did not mind paying. Here are the complete details of our horrifying experience and loss of honor. EVERYONE should be careful with this dealership. You want an Infiniti, get it, but not this place-- Infiniti Melbourne misrepresented a used vehicle as Preowned Certified on their website. After signing the papers they refuse to honor the certification. 1. We contacted for an ePrice on the infiniti melbourne website for a pre owned certified Infiniti Jx35 SUV. 2. Accordingly Mr Chase Caudle, salesperson contacted us for a test drive that afternoon. 3. After test drive, we came to an agreement with Mr.Caudle for buying the SUV at $38,000 with Navigator included. We also agreed to trade in our 2003 Honda Civic (in prime condition driven only 52,000miles) for $4,500. 4. At no point did he mention that the car was not Certified pre owned and we have to pay extra for the certification warranty. 5. This fact was also hidden by Mr. Barry Mazade and we were misled to accept a finance offer of 2.49%APR for the loan, while the offer for certified preowned infiniti vehicles was 0.9%APR. 6. We called Infiniti Melbourne the next day but Both Mr Mazade and Mr. Caudle were on Leave. 7. Next day, we went to the dealership office at infiniti melbourne to inform them about this and request for certification as advertised and give us a correct APR on our loan. 8. Both Mr Mazade and Mr Caudle refused to acknowledge the advertisement and make any changes. 9. Initially Mr Caudle said that if we want we can return the car and take back our old car, we didn't mind although our main intention was to get a fair deal. At this point MR. JOE THOMPSON barged in the cublicle and spoke threateningly and rudely, saying that we had already signed the papers and nothing can be done. We tried to reason calmly but to no avail. He rudely took away the papers from us in a threatening way and said that he will push us out if we stay anymore. 10.The sad part is even after being so humiliated we were ready to accept a cut back of $900 on our trade-in car to get the 0.9% APR for our loan but we were denied the deal and informed about it after 2-3 hrs of painful anxiety and loss of honor. From the moment I drove on to the lot, I was treated to the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. Michael immediately came out to greet me, assessed my needs and had a list of possible options the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. Michael immediately came out to greet me, assessed my needs and had a list of possible options for me to explore. Michael made himself readily available to me - always quickly responding to texts and calls and patiently putting up with my indecision and requests. The sales process was as easy as saying what I wanted to do and Michael and the sales team made it happen - no wheeling and dealing was necessary. My needs were not only met, but Melbourne Infiniti far exceeded my expectations. I have always felt that the products produced by Infiniti are unmatched and now I know that the service provided by Inifiti of Melbourne is, as well. This is the 4th Infiniti vehicle that I have purchased from various dealerships, but I can promise that I will only use Infiniti of Melbourne from now on! More

Chase from the dealership responded by giving me a call. I was looking to finance a 10, 000 dollar used car. I told Chase my situation prior to making the trip from Orlando to Melbourne. Chase said that he I was looking to finance a 10, 000 dollar used car. I told Chase my situation prior to making the trip from Orlando to Melbourne. Chase said that he would be able to get me into the SUV I was interested in. I drove down with my wife, young child and mother to look at the car. We were greeted by another salesman that provided excellent customer service. I told him that I was their for Chase, who walked in shortly after. Chase and I went to the vehicle that I found on Cargurus.com. While we walked to the vehicle i explained to him that i was looking for a bigger vehicle because I am 6'3 260 pounds and wanted to be comfortable during long road trips. I started up the car and there was loud clicking noise coming from the rear passenger side of the SUV. I was disappointed because I made an appointment to test drive that specific vehicle and he did not start it to see if it was in good condition, prior to my arrival. I continued the test drive with my wife. During the test drive Chase asked me if I would be interested in a Ford Focus. This came as a shock to me and my wife because he either wasn't listening to me or he was not observant enough to see how big I am. We made it back to the dealership and started speaking about the SUV. My wife checks on my child and mother while Chase and I begin go talk. I told him that I need to speak with my wife before he does a credit check because it would be worthless if we don't intend on purchasing a vehicle from them. Chase decides to get up and seek out my wife who may have been out of our sight for two minutes. He brought her to his desk and tries to keep us at the dealership by asking question after question. I understand this may be a technique that works, but at some point you have to cut your loses. He became somewhat aggressive with my wife who told him we were leaving. She got up to get my child and mother. I spoke with Chase as she was out of ear shot and told him that we will be back but she wanted to look at another vehicle. I told Chase that she was looking for a Navigator. Thinking he would have that in mind when we came back. As I was putting the stroller in the trunk of my car, Chase opens the dealership door and yelled, " Can you put $20, 000 to $30,000 down?" I yelled back, "No". I thought to myself that he was either not listening or was attempting to belittle me. I wondered why he would yell that out the door and why would he ask that question if I was looking to finance a $10,000 vehicle. If I had that much money to put down, then I would pay cash for the vehicle I was looking at to finance. It was my belief that he was attempting to belittle me. My outrage caused me to become enraged. I walked back into the dealership, yelled to him that he was impatient, disrespectful, and would never get a dime from me. I left and came back a second time because I couldn’t believe someone would do that. Later, I received a text message from Chase trying to explain his comment. His text stated it was not his intent to upset me but his manager wanted to know that information about the $20, 000 to $30,000 down comment. This upset me for the previous reason. It didn't make since and he should have had the common sense to tell his manager the situation. If the manager was there, why did he not call me and speak to me about the incident? That is a poor reflection on management, not just the salesman. This was the worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had and Boniface Heir owned dealerships will not be on my list when I look for another car within the next 3 years. I don't normally do comments but this needed to be posted. I don't know if Chase needs more time to mature or just had a bad day. I do know that I will never buy or recommend someone to purchase a vehicle from Infiniti of Melbourne or a Boniface Heir car lot. I am glad Chase took me around town, because I ended up purchasing a Navigator at a neighboring auto dealership. More
This purchase has been by far one of my best experiences purchasing a vehicle. In the past I have cringed when having a car salesman approach me and work with me, but this was different. Michael was frien purchasing a vehicle. In the past I have cringed when having a car salesman approach me and work with me, but this was different. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and did not at all make me feel pressured to buy. I love my new JX and have already recommended it and Michael to a potential customer. This is our fifth purchase at this dealership and they just keep getting better. Thank you Michael and thank you Infiniti of Melbourne. Your loyal customer for life, Dahlia More
I was in the market for a new 2013 G37 sedan. Spoke to Justin Howard first, first impression I knew i was going to be in great hands. Professional as they come. The positive advertisement he did on social Justin Howard first, first impression I knew i was going to be in great hands. Professional as they come. The positive advertisement he did on social media networks such as facebook and staying in contact is just incredible. I finally was ready and sent a text to him while i was working. I told him i was ready to buy the G37 and when i got off. He replied with what color do i want and what color interior. As soon as i pulled up the car was ready with the dealer plate out front waiting on me to test drive. The sales manager and finance manager were terrific. This will not be my only car i will buy from them! Justin is awesome! More
Michael (Salesperson) and Brian (Sales Manager) provided friendly, customer first service. As a member of the military, I highly value honesty and integrity - both of which are hard to come by on most car friendly, customer first service. As a member of the military, I highly value honesty and integrity - both of which are hard to come by on most car lots, but Michael and Brian have them in spades. They were extremely knowledgeable of their products and the market, they focused on my needs and requests, and created a relaxed no pressure atmosphere. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone interested in an Infiniti. The only reason I did not rate the overall buying experience as "Great" is that there were some communications issues between managers that became very frustrating for us. Had it not been for Michael, my overall rating would have been "OK" at best. Michael always carried himself in a level headed and professional manner and possesses a business sense beyond his years.
