Orlando sales reps could never give me a straight answer not even on the price of the car or the trade in the numbers always changed. I was dealing with the Orlando location for a month. I mean that was absurd. I called the Melbourne location within 10 mins. Yes 10 mins no exaggeration they gave me my quote and within 30 mins faxed me my paper work. I went in the same day within 3 hours I was out with my car. Chase my sales rep gave me the run down of the features and functions of my car. I got a great deal with my military discounts and great value for my trade in. I got exactly what I was asking for with the Orlando location that Melbourne had no problem giving me. Having looked at several in this price range already, I was a little skeptical, but my wife and I decided to make the 100 miles trip anyway. When we arrived, we couldn't have been more pleased. Chase was 100% accurate with everything he told me about the vehicle, and we were impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved with the transaction. Agreeing to the final price was easy, and they were able to get the vehicle detailed while we did our paperwork. I would buy from them again, but I think my wife and I will keep this one a while.
