Every step of the way, she was on top of things - came outside to greet me, honestly discussed the price since I wasn't filing a claim after all, didn't bat an eye when I asked for two other things to be reviewed during the repair service, had my loaner all ready to go in front of service area, and then processed my payment over the phone and had my paperwork ready at pickup so I could dash out the door. I have bought many new cars in my life and I didn't anticipate being able to strike my deal but I was dead wrong. Chase and Chuck we completely open on price and played no games, we got the numbers to where i wanted them to be and inked the deal - these guys are fantastic and now have a customer for life! I appreciated the no nonsense approach and the professionalism on how I was treated. They took the time to show me what i wanted to know on the car, have followed up with calls and make you feel like they really care about you.
