Chase from the dealership responded by giving me a call. I was looking to finance a 10, 000 dollar used car. I told Chase my situation prior to making the trip from Orlando to Melbourne. Chase said that he I was looking to finance a 10, 000 dollar used car. I told Chase my situation prior to making the trip from Orlando to Melbourne. Chase said that he would be able to get me into the SUV I was interested in. I drove down with my wife, young child and mother to look at the car. We were greeted by another salesman that provided excellent customer service. I told him that I was their for Chase, who walked in shortly after. Chase and I went to the vehicle that I found on Cargurus.com. While we walked to the vehicle i explained to him that i was looking for a bigger vehicle because I am 6'3 260 pounds and wanted to be comfortable during long road trips. I started up the car and there was loud clicking noise coming from the rear passenger side of the SUV. I was disappointed because I made an appointment to test drive that specific vehicle and he did not start it to see if it was in good condition, prior to my arrival. I continued the test drive with my wife. During the test drive Chase asked me if I would be interested in a Ford Focus. This came as a shock to me and my wife because he either wasn't listening to me or he was not observant enough to see how big I am. We made it back to the dealership and started speaking about the SUV. My wife checks on my child and mother while Chase and I begin go talk. I told him that I need to speak with my wife before he does a credit check because it would be worthless if we don't intend on purchasing a vehicle from them. Chase decides to get up and seek out my wife who may have been out of our sight for two minutes. He brought her to his desk and tries to keep us at the dealership by asking question after question. I understand this may be a technique that works, but at some point you have to cut your loses. He became somewhat aggressive with my wife who told him we were leaving. She got up to get my child and mother. I spoke with Chase as she was out of ear shot and told him that we will be back but she wanted to look at another vehicle. I told Chase that she was looking for a Navigator. Thinking he would have that in mind when we came back. As I was putting the stroller in the trunk of my car, Chase opens the dealership door and yelled, " Can you put $20, 000 to $30,000 down?" I yelled back, "No". I thought to myself that he was either not listening or was attempting to belittle me. I wondered why he would yell that out the door and why would he ask that question if I was looking to finance a $10,000 vehicle. If I had that much money to put down, then I would pay cash for the vehicle I was looking at to finance. It was my belief that he was attempting to belittle me. My outrage caused me to become enraged. I walked back into the dealership, yelled to him that he was impatient, disrespectful, and would never get a dime from me. I left and came back a second time because I couldn’t believe someone would do that. Later, I received a text message from Chase trying to explain his comment. His text stated it was not his intent to upset me but his manager wanted to know that information about the $20, 000 to $30,000 down comment. This upset me for the previous reason. It didn't make since and he should have had the common sense to tell his manager the situation. If the manager was there, why did he not call me and speak to me about the incident? That is a poor reflection on management, not just the salesman. This was the worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had and Boniface Heir owned dealerships will not be on my list when I look for another car within the next 3 years. I don't normally do comments but this needed to be posted. I don't know if Chase needs more time to mature or just had a bad day. I do know that I will never buy or recommend someone to purchase a vehicle from Infiniti of Melbourne or a Boniface Heir car lot. I am glad Chase took me around town, because I ended up purchasing a Navigator at a neighboring auto dealership. More
This purchase has been by far one of my best experiences purchasing a vehicle. In the past I have cringed when having a car salesman approach me and work with me, but this was different. Michael was frien purchasing a vehicle. In the past I have cringed when having a car salesman approach me and work with me, but this was different. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and did not at all make me feel pressured to buy. I love my new JX and have already recommended it and Michael to a potential customer. This is our fifth purchase at this dealership and they just keep getting better. Thank you Michael and thank you Infiniti of Melbourne. Your loyal customer for life, Dahlia More
I was in the market for a new 2013 G37 sedan. Spoke to Justin Howard first, first impression I knew i was going to be in great hands. Professional as they come. The positive advertisement he did on social Justin Howard first, first impression I knew i was going to be in great hands. Professional as they come. The positive advertisement he did on social media networks such as facebook and staying in contact is just incredible. I finally was ready and sent a text to him while i was working. I told him i was ready to buy the G37 and when i got off. He replied with what color do i want and what color interior. As soon as i pulled up the car was ready with the dealer plate out front waiting on me to test drive. The sales manager and finance manager were terrific. This will not be my only car i will buy from them! Justin is awesome! More
Michael (Salesperson) and Brian (Sales Manager) provided friendly, customer first service. As a member of the military, I highly value honesty and integrity - both of which are hard to come by on most car friendly, customer first service. As a member of the military, I highly value honesty and integrity - both of which are hard to come by on most car lots, but Michael and Brian have them in spades. They were extremely knowledgeable of their products and the market, they focused on my needs and requests, and created a relaxed no pressure atmosphere. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone interested in an Infiniti. The only reason I did not rate the overall buying experience as "Great" is that there were some communications issues between managers that became very frustrating for us. Had it not been for Michael, my overall rating would have been "OK" at best. Michael always carried himself in a level headed and professional manner and possesses a business sense beyond his years. My experience with my Salesmen Justin Howard at Infiniti of Melbourne was on a Level which I had never experienced before, Justin was very honest kind and professional. During the entire experience justin of Melbourne was on a Level which I had never experienced before, Justin was very honest kind and professional. During the entire experience justin was upfront with all the details and I knew exactly what I was getting into, there was no sly sales maneuvers or dishonest tactics. In my 89 years of living I have bought many many cars Rolls Royce, BMWS, Mercedes you name it, sometimes 2 cars a year I have easily purchased over 100 vehicles. Justin was my best salesmen yet and after I bought my G37S Convertible from him I came back the next day to put synthetic into my Infiniti and I bought another one from him a M37S. Justin came over on new years day and spent the whole day with me teaching me how to use the features on my car such as the bluetooth speaker phone, nav system and climate controls. He actually still calls me about every few days to see how im doing and how im enjoying my 2 cars. Justin is a great young salesman that will go extremely far in this business, with his personality technique and sales approach. Everyone else I dealt with at Infiniti of Melbourne was a absolute please including the managers finance department and service employees. If you are thinking of buying a new Infiniti or a great preowned car go see him at Infiniti of Melbourne! More

I stopped in to check out the new JX35. Mike Durkin greeted us and thoroughly showed the features and options available. He then provided pricing for leasing and introduced me to his other coworkers. A greeted us and thoroughly showed the features and options available. He then provided pricing for leasing and introduced me to his other coworkers. After we left, he wrote a very nice follow-up email that provided that personal touch. When I was ready to lease, I called Mike and requested availability of the color and options I wanted. He let me know which were available, and discussed with me all the items I really needed, and didn't try to get me a more expensive package I didn't need. Most other dealers will press without consideration for what the customer truly needs. It was already 9pm, but he did a special delivery that evening with a bow on top of the hood since I told him it was a surprise for my wife. The convenience and friendliness were top notch. No hassles during the negotiation process either. And because it was late, he scheduled a convenient time to stop by the next day to fully introduce how to use every feature of our new JX35. He even brought along complimentary Starbucks coffee to our order. He was extremely courteous and dedicated to fulfill our needs with the vehicle. The experience and service provided was World class. The value I have received is beyond what I paid for the car. In this price range, quality of service is expected, but Mr. Mike Durkin far exceeded those expectations, and is the best salesperson I've dealt with to date. I highly recommend Infiniti of Melbourne, and further recommend dealing with Mr. Durkin. Thanks again, Mike. More
I bought a car today from Infiniti of Melbourne. It was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. No games, no nonsense, no pressure.
