I had been contemplating (for some time now) leasing or purchasing a new car, but was unsure of what Make and Model was both pleasing to my eye AND would be affordable for me. At no time did I ever even DREAM that I would be looking at "expensive, luxury" cars like Infinity. Michael Durkin met us in the lot with a friendly smile and wave. He seemed genuinely happy to see us; like he had just spotted an old childhood friend he hadn't seen for years. From the time we stepped onto the lot to the time we drove away with my NEW INFINITY Q50, Michael Durkin treated us that way.....like a friend. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The entire experience was casual, jocular, and comfortable. This, hands down, was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Oil Change Plus Extras I came in for just an oil change (which was free) and left after a large bill due to "recommended" fluid flushes, belt changes and yet another battery I came in for just an oil change (which was free) and left after a large bill due to "recommended" fluid flushes, belt changes and yet another battery change. I don't understand why my Infiniti needs a new battery every one to two years even though I drive a lot and most every day the car is driven. At least Infiniti covers some of the battery costs. One time the technician told me the brake pads were on backwards and the next time, even though I didn't change anything, they said all was fine. Makes one go hmmmmmm. The technician did NOT place one of those stickers on the inside of my windshield with the mileage for my next recommended oil change. That's a first... I enjoyed the relatively quiet atmosphere of the waiting area and the updates from Shannon. More
