THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH TRYING TO PURCHASE A CAR. NICK MAROPIS THE GM TOLD ME MY PREAPPROVAL CHECK WITH PPFCU WAS NO GOOD AT BUSH INFINITIE AND HE HATES THAT FINANCIAL INSISTUTION. I TOLD HIM CAR. NICK MAROPIS THE GM TOLD ME MY PREAPPROVAL CHECK WITH PPFCU WAS NO GOOD AT BUSH INFINITIE AND HE HATES THAT FINANCIAL INSISTUTION. I TOLD HIM THAT HIS CORPORATIION WAS LISTED AS A PREFERRED VENDOR AND HE THEN YELLED TO ONE OF THESALES MEN TO HAVE THEIR NAME TAKEN OFF. HE WAS ANGRY DISREPECTFUL BECAUSE I TOLD HEIM I DID NOT NEED MY CREDIT RAN. I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE A PRE-APPROVAL ALREADY AND ALL I NEED IS A BUYER ORDER. NICK KEPT ON INSISTING THAT HE COULD BEAT MY INTREST RATE AND I SAID CAN YOU GUAURANTEE AND RATE THAN 3.24 FOR A USED CARD HIS FACE TURN RED. WHEN I WOULDNT LET HIM RUN MY CREDIT HE CALLED MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TRASH MULTIPLE TIMES. THE SAD PART IS I DIDNT WANT TO GO IN TO THE DEALERSHIP; I WANTED TO PURCHASE A CAR ONLINE. HOWEVER THE SALES REP KEPT INSISTING; STATING THEY COULD NOT HANDLE AN ONLINE SALES. I WHEN NICK COULD’NT GET ME TO PURCHASED AND EXTENDED WARRANTY ON A CERTIFIED VECHICHLE THIS ANGERED HIM. HE HAD THE NERVE TO CALL ME THE NEXT DAY AND TELL ME HE WAS LOOKING OUT FOR ME BECUASE I MAY HAVE NEEDED GAP INSURANCE. NO APOLOGY; I MENETION HE WAS RUDE TAND CALLED MY BANK TRASHED, HE DENIED IT AND HUNG UP ON ME. CALL BACK IN 20 MINUTE AND STATED HE HAD TO HOP ON ANOTHER CAR. MY RECOMMENDATION IS WOMEN AND ESPECIALLY WOMEN OF COLOR AND PPFF CU MEMEBERS DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CARS FOR BUSH INFINITY OF ARDMORE. I WROTE MR BUSH AND CALL THE THEIR HR DEPARTMENT AND KNOW ONE CALLED ME BACK. More
