Bought a new 2012 Tacoma from internet sales manager John Rhode. I live about 50 miles away in Gainesville and have two other Toyota dealerships closer to me. In the end, Rountree Toyota gave me two things the other dealerships couldn't. The best price and the best buying experience. They treated me like a human being rather than a piece of red meat. John and I did the entire deal via email and over the phone. All I had to do was make the trip up there and sign some papers. Every detail of the deal was exactly how John said it would be. Like I said, straight forward and no dirty dealer tricks. For that I will always give Rountree the first chance at my business should I ever be in the market for a new vehicle in the future. John Kirby was very knowledgeable about Toyota line of vehicles, accessories and options. He spent a number of hours searching through the available inventory for the perfect vehicle. He was very courteous - even when I called back every few hours with changes to vehicle color and other specs. All of my calls to his office and cell phone were answered timely. He was very prompt in providing information from Toyota about lease payments, trade-in value, and options installed by dealer. I was exceptionally please with my experience with Rountree Moore Toyota and John Kirby. Mr. Kirby is the type of employee that turns someone like myself into a repeat customer. More
I had previously purchased a 2007 Rav4 in June of 2008. When I purchased the vehicle I also had it include an extended warranty and maintenance. Due to that overall positive experience and over the years of taking my Rav4 it changed my attitude about Toyota. The staff at Rountree are professional and courteous. They never attempted to pressure me. They are always on top of everything, if I have questions they'll usually have an answer and if they don't have an answer they'll find it out for me. I went in last week to get my scheduled oil change, talked with Gus, the sales person. He was great and answered all our questions. Therefore this Monday, we picked up our new 2012 Rav4. More

My husband recently traded for a new Toyota Tacoma. He was so pleased with the deal/service he received that he recommended that I also look at trading my Subaru. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Rachel Macleod! I was shopping for a new Camry and was looking for a very specific vehicle at a price that I could afford. Rachel took the time to listen Macleod! I was shopping for a new Camry and was looking for a very specific vehicle at a price that I could afford. Rachel took the time to listen to everything I wanted and answer very detailed questions. She put me in touch with the Sales Manager at times because I needed answers. I tried her patience many times because I kept changing my mind. Everytime I did, she and the staff had to start searching all over again for the vehicle and then negotiate a trade so that I could have the perfect car but she handled the entire process with professionalism and humor. Since I live an hour away from the dealership, I didn't want to make several trips to their site to negotiate. Rachel made sure the process went smoothly for me. When I went to pick up my car, she took the time to show me everything my car could do and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. This was my first Hybrid so she had a lot of teaching to do. I talked with several dealerships in my area and even one in my hometown but no one was willing to help me get the car that I wanted at the price I wanted. Thank you Roundtree and Thank you Rachel!!
