Got a call 5 days after I came in for an oil change for them to tell me that they forgot to put my AC filter back in. How did it take five days for that? How do they know it’s mine? Everything was great, but somehow at the very end my Limited Santa Fe didn’t come with floor mats. After spending that much money, and being told no on receiving floor mats during the car hand off I’m a Limited Santa Fe didn’t come with floor mats. Haha I’ve never had to worry or consider asking about floor mats, because every car has just come with them previously, but now I have to spend $200 for basic new ones.
