My parents were quite nervous in purchasing the car with me and Malachi was patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai's features and kindly explained everything to us during the test drive. The car that we initially came to see didn't work for us, and Malachi and Manny instead found us a great 2017 Hyundai Tuscon with amazing features within my price range. I'm so happy with the car and incredibly thankful for Malachi's help! The only negative experience we had at the dealership was with the Finance Manager. I understand it was at the end of the day when we had to do the paperwork, but we felt rushed and that many of our questions were not sincerely addressed. He wasn't forthcoming when we asked for more information about forms for the DMV and seemed to brush off our concerns to get us to quickly leave. He even gave us wrong information as to exactly which form was sent to the DMV. We came away with the impression that we were being a nuisance to the Finance Manager by just being there. Malachi and Manny tried their best to mitigate that experience and we really appreciate their support here. Overall, we are so happy with the purchase and love the car. We're greatful to everyone that made this a positive buying experience! More
