Marvin in the service department was MIA since the beginning. Apparently the printer was broken so he said he said he would email (yes, email) my service paperwork to me when he had time to take a pic beginning. Apparently the printer was broken so he said he said he would email (yes, email) my service paperwork to me when he had time to take a picture of the results of my alignment. He pawned it off on another service advisor, and I never received any email. When he finally sent it, I got a picture of the alignment check machine screen, and the numbers are completely unreadable. I’m still not sure what, if anything, they did with my car. More
