First, they were not sure I had an appointment. Luckily I had text confirmation. Then the person providing service did not know if they had technical staff to perform the service n were arguing why Luckily I had text confirmation. Do you not need the customers?? This question would hve been at the appointment setting time. Because I bought the car to this location unfortunately. Purchased car almost a month ago…purchase had issues, salesman basically gaslit me. Fast forward to now, my bank still hasn’t received paperwork or draft back and advised me to reach out, I’ve called the salesman basically gaslit me.
