I have no idea who Justin Worell is - I was helped by Leonard and Caleb. They were both great and got me what I needed. However, due to the business of the store and the shortage of staff on-site (some had to call out), the process felt very rushed and several technological issues came up that stalled the sale. After leaving the dealership, I found out that they were supposed to reset the Bluelink account so the previous owner wasn’t on there, and they hadn’t. I also did not get to leave with the Bill of Sale, or any of the documents I signed. It took them well over a week (and after I called multiple times asking for it) before they finally emailed the Bill of Sale. Further, my car was not properly examined before I purchased it. I had to bring it back the next day after the steering wheel kept vibrating while driving on the highway. Parts & Service inspected the vehicle a second time, thinking this was the pre-sale inspection, and found the car needed new tires, new wiper blades, and some filter changes. Why were these issues not caught during the first inspection, when I purchased the car the day prior? I understand that the Wesley Chapel location is a larger store, and therefore get more customers, but having issues overlooked and being forced to wait for my Bill of Sale makes me feel undervalued as a paying customer. I will unfortunately not be looking to purchase any future cars from this Hyundai location. More

I brought in my 2024 Hyundai Palisade for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was prompt however the engine calls for 5w-30 oil but 5w-20 was used per the next service due sticker. and tire rotation. Hyundai did not stand behind their vehicle my Santa Fe had 114,000 miles on it had a regular oil changes and the engine is blown and I got stuck with the car.
