I bought my new 2011 Hyundai Sonata a few months ago from Hyundai of St. Augustine. The purchase was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I have. Last month I took the car in for an oil change and the recall service on the steering wheel. The people there are always very polite and professional. Making an appointment with the service department people on the phone is very quick and pleasant. I was immediately served at the check-in point. They got everything I need lined up and waiting for me before I got there. Mr. Kirk Guillotte explained to me why and what they did to take care of the recall. They also went one step further to compensate their customers for the time and inconvenience that caused by the recall with a few nice surprises. My car is always washed from every visit I made to the service department at Hyundai of St. Augustine. I am glad that I found a car dealer who fully delieve what they believe is valuable to their customers and to the betterness of their dealership business. More

The stereo system in my Santa Fe got messed up so I called Kirk and he was able to get me in as soon as I could get to the dearership. They checked out the stereo, were unable to fix it so ordered a ne called Kirk and he was able to get me in as soon as I could get to the dearership. we had a problem with what we thought were the brakes and it could not be found the first time and of course as soon as we got home it started again so I took it back up and went for a drive with Bill the Te it could not be found the first time and of course as soon as we got home it started again so I took it back up and went for a drive with Bill the Technician. The car was warmed up though so we couldn't get it to replicate, so I left it and they kept it for 2 days and found it was the transmission and fixed it. They were all very courteous, and gave me a loaner( a brand new Sonata, ) I will definitely refer people to them for both service and sales. I love Hyundais and have owned 4 so far and will continue to buy them. Keep up the great work Helen King More

Excellent Dealership! My wife and I visit the area on an annual basis but plan to live here in the distant future. We both drive new Hyundai vehicles and can rely on everyone at this dealership. They always check for updates on our vehicles and inspect everything so we are prepared for travel back north. This dealership ALWAYS treats each instance as a priority. I have corresponded with Ryne M. who is in charge of internet sales. He also has been very personable and up to date with mailings. Pricing appears to be very fair and we look forward to a long partnership! More
