I called late on a Saturday afternoon about a leak iny left front tire. No tire stores were open. I was greeted warmly and invited to bring my car to the dealership if it was drivable. I did so and at 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon they examined my tire with a metal screw protruding and were able to replace the tire right then and there.
