We told him our budget and without hesitating he helped us find something reliable and affordable. I was very pleased with the time he took to help us and to make us feel comfortable. The sell and buy was smooth and simple. Mr. Cassata made us feel like we were getting what our money was truly worth. At a lot of dealerships I visited before I felt pressured and felt as though all the salesperson wanted was sale not to actually help me. At Hyundai, however, Joey helped me find the car that was right for me. Even after the sale, the customer service didn’t fall short. He took his time going over the car and made sure he answered all of my questions. The managerial staff was also very kind and welcoming. All of the paperwork was explained to me in detail. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needed a reliable car and appreciated spectacular customer service. More

So I wanted to do business with them as I was looking at purchasing a used car . Even though they are an hour from my house,it was far worth the drive. So with recently buying a used car from them it ended up this car had some problems with it and these two Employees went beyond to make sure that I had a car to drive at all times, till the problem was fixed. They were both so friendly and easy to get a hold of. I would definately recommend them to my friends and I plan to purchase another car in a year when my daughter staarts to drive. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Hyundai of St Augustine in 2010. My first experience was in March 2010 for a company car. I had emailed 15 auto dealerships from Orlando to Daytona Beach to of St Augustine in 2010. My first experience was in March 2010 for a company car. I had emailed 15 auto dealerships from Orlando to Daytona Beach to St Augustine requesting an out the door price for a new vehicle. Many dealerships responded but required me to come personally to the dealership to view inventory and obtain a price. Joey Cassata was the only auto sales professional who responded to my specific request. He sent me vehicle options, colors, incentives etc. Thru several e-mails, we focused on the 2011 Sonata. Joey offered to bring the selected vehicle to my job in Daytona Beach. He took the time to review the features and benefits of the vehicles and current corporate promotions. My Company owner agreed to the presentation and we purchased the vehicle as promised and delevered at the original out the door price. No hidden charges. No hidden fees. Over the last 10 months, I have taken the Sonata to the Hyundai St Augustine Dealership for oil changes, etc and the service staff could not be better. I arrive at the appointment time, and I am out the door at the promised completion time. I am extremely impressed with the total vehicle experience. In 10 months, I have put 28,000 miles on the 2011 Sonata and it is the best vehicle I have ever driven. The comfort level, fuel ecomony, handling in all adverse conditions have exceeded my expectations. This past week, it came time for me to look at a personal vehicle. Without hesitation, I drove from Daytona Beach to Hyundai St Augustine. Within 90 minutes, I was out the door driving my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I obtained a fair trade for my Mazda, was offerered more favorable financing than my credit union.... but what impressed me the most was Joey Casata's follow-up and attention to detail. Yes I was delivered a new vehicle. BUT, Joey and his team goes beyond the normal auto experience. ... A full tank of gas... vehicle detail and wax... Congratulations to me on my purchase from the entire staff.... I can not say enough.... Why am I writing this review.... Because HYUNDAI ST AUGUSTINE REMEMBERS ITS CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SALE. WE ARE CUSTOMERS AND NOT JUST ANOTHER VEHICLE ROLLING OFF THE LOT. In my opinion many businesses can learn from Hyundai St Augustine's Corporate Culture. Being in the Hospitality business, I have used this dealership and Joey Cassata as the role model for our company. I bought a new 2011 Elantra on Friday, Dec 17th. My Salesman, Joey Cassata was extremely courteous, and helpful as to my needs in purchasing a new car. He and his Sales Manager gave me a very good trade in price on my old car and help me get to the out-the-door price that I could afford. Purchased 2010 Elantara Touring in October 2010. Have had all maintenance and repairs done at this dealership. This visit was for 30k maintenance. In the past 14 months I have found this dealership to be not all maintenance and repairs done at this dealership. This visit was for 30k maintenance. In the past 14 months I have found this dealership to be nothing but helpful and courteous on any and all issues. In 40 years of car buying from dealerships, this is the most friendly and courteous staff, from sales, to finance, to service I have experienced. Have owned Toyotas and Hondas for past 32 years. Both have seen their quality slip in recent years. Hyundai was an affordable alternative. Still own a 2004 Toyota Matrix and a 2000 Civic. If memory serves me, the Toyota Matrix 30k maintenance is a bit less expensive. Will be comparing the invoices after Christmas. On the other hand the 2010 Matrix with the same features listed $2,500 more than the Elantra Touring. The proof will be at 100k and 200k if the cost of ownership difference stays the same. So far, 14 months and 30k miles, a great price value relationship from a great dealership. More

The courtesy from the sales and service dept, were everything I was told I would get with the Hyundai dealerships. The extended time the sales team took to teach this "old dog" about all the new "bells and whistles", left me with the knowledge that they do care about any questions I might have and made it comfortable to take the time to get all my questions answered. My search for a 2011 Sonata began months ago. I visited or called 2 dealers in the Central Florida area, let them know exactly what I was looking for, and asked that they contact me when my model and color or called 2 dealers in the Central Florida area, let them know exactly what I was looking for, and asked that they contact me when my model and color were either at their dealership or could be located. Never heard from either dealer. So I continued to search on my own throughout an expanded Central Florida area until I found a Turbo model in my color at Hyundai of St. Augustine. This was Frank Messina's lucky day since he is the one who answered the phone when I called. After 2 or 3 calls with Frank (no visits) we had a deal within 45 minutes. I agreed on the asking price for the new vehicle and he valued my trade exactly as I had researched it. I drove up to St. Augustine from Orlando the next morning, traded my vehicle, signed the papers, left a check and drove away. I've never looked back. Our agreement by phone was the deal with no attempts by Frank to change anything that we had agreed upon. He went over the car with me in detail, programmed the bluetooth and my garage opener, and away I went. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase, love driving the car and especially thankful to Frank for acting in such a professional manner. In a few years, it'll be my wife's turn, and who knows -maybe there's an Elantra in her future. More
