After several conversations with my parents that I wanted to trade my car in for a SUV, being my boys were getting a little big to travel in a smaller car. They recommended the Hyundai of St.Augustine dealership, and more so the salesmen Joe Lando. It was impressed upon me that the dealership and Mr.Lando would take good care of me, and I would be very happy with the product. I will admit, I was reluctant,however, I did promise I would stop in on my way over last Thursday. I had NO intent to buy. Upon arrival Mr.Lando met me in the parking lot, and wanted to just sit down and talk about what I was looking for, and why did I need a bigger car. After a short discussion for him to prepare the appropriate cars for me to drive, we went on a test drive with the SantaFE, and then the Tuscan. I was impressed with the compassion and understanding that I was shown. And in the end while trying to make up my mind on the two cars, Joe Lando did not push me to buy the more expensive car, he instead reminded me of what I came in the dealership looking for, that although the Tuscan had all of the bells and whistles the SantaFe was actually the room and comfort I needed. Believe it or not as much as I wanted to walk away and think about things, I knew the deal and the price was right, so Indeed I drove the SantaFe off the lot that day. The very next day we drove to New Jersey in my new car, and I can truly attest to the comfort and smooth ride that the SantaFe provided my family as well as myself. As for Mr. Lando, I must say I have helped run a multi-million dollar medical facility for years, we are always trying to find people that haven't forgotten how to be compassionate, and kind. As well as, care about the person standing before them as if they were your own family. These people are hard to find. You however, although dealership not medical facility, you need those same people to care and not over sell a person something they can't afford or can't drive. To provide an extremely valuable car giving the gift of safety on our roads.You have found an amazing young man whose simple smile and statement of lets see what can do to find you the car your looking for. Making comfortable a situation that often times the buyer is very nervous inside about.If we had more people in the world or even just our little communities around us like Joe Lando. We really would be living in a better place. Our experience was the best we ever had with a automobile salesman there was absolutely not pressure to buy not "what can I do go get you to buy today?". We test drove 6 diferent cars both new and used and g salesman there was absolutely not pressure to buy not "what can I do go get you to buy today?". We test drove 6 diferent cars both new and used and got qoutes on four. The salesman let us drive a new Tucson home. My Wife and I visited Hyundai of St. Augustine to look for a New Car for my wife. We were greeted by Frank Messina who took us around the lot to look at Elantra Touring models. She liked the car very much. After that he showed us a 2010 SE model which had all the extras and bells and whistles. He proceeded to give us a great price on the vehicle. So we traded in her 2007 Versa and purchased the 2010 Elantra SE. So far everything is great. I highly recommend this Dealership they are very nice and helpful. This is our 3rd vehicle since April we purchased at this dealership, and so far we are very satisfied with their professionaism and their courtesy. Thank You, The Klein Family More

I went to several dealerships over several days. This one was by far, the friendliest and least "pushy" of them all. Joe Lando, our vehicle consultant, was very amiable and accommodating. We arrived at a price through Internet emails, so I had an agreed upon price upon entering the dealership. Joe took the vehicle we had negotiated for out of their car inventory and let my wife and I give it a thorough test drive alone. All the other dealerships had us take test drives with the salesman on predetermined routes that ended up circling back to the dealership in a few minutes. This being my second Hyundai, I already recommend them to my friend s and neighbors. Now I will also recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine as the preferred dealership to buy their car. Even though, of the three local area Hyundai dealerships, it is the furthest away from our home, I believe the step up in customer service is well worth the longer drive. More
