After breaking down on I-95 in our older car, my husband and I were in the market for a new one. I went to three dealerships in St. Augustine and had the best experience at Hyundai of St. Augustine. Demetri and I were in the market for a new one. I went to three dealerships in St. Augustine and had the best experience at Hyundai of St. Augustine. Demetrius greeted me and was able to show me all of the vehicle options that I was looking for. We have two young children in car seats, so I was concerned about fitting them and an adult in the back seat. My husband and I came back that Thursday to test drive the Sonata, but Demetrius was not there so another sales associate helped us. After test driving we had to leave to pick up the kids on so we decided to come back Friday. That Friday, Demetrius took us on a test drive of the Tucson. After the test drive, we decided on the Sonata and Demetrius showed us all of the vehicles on the lot and the options they came with. Once we settled on the car we wanted, Demetrius was a great help with getting the price we were looking for. Dealing with time constraints again we had to leave the dealership right after filling out the paperwork to pick up the kids. Later that evening Demetrius came by the house to show us how to program the Bluetooth for each of our phones and other options in the car. All in all we had a great experience at Hyundai of St. Augustine and will be buying our next vehicle there. More

I would rate my experience with Hyundai of st Augustine as a 100 on a scale of 1-10. It was over the top to go through my first solo car purchase with such an amazing group of people. I truly apperciate his kindness and going out of his way to accomodate my needs on my dream car wish list. Joey only called when he said he would and there wasn't any pressure or any of the usual "well, if you don't come in right away the one you want will be gone." He was polite and stood by his word. I had told him of my last experience and Joey told me "let's make a negative turn into a positive". Joey did what no one else could seem or want to do in my situation. I could tell that Joey takes pride in his job.A true gentleman in all aspects. Since I have never in my life had a new car his repsonse was I deserved one......how true. He made me feel special and I am grateful for his honesty and intergrity. No wonder this dealership is rated NUMBER ONE. Joey is NUMBER ONE in my opinion. Joey took time to listen to "my SAAB story" and paid atttention to my detailed description of a new SUV. I also live in another city and county but it was worth the drive( 60 plus miles) and I was able to really enjoy the ride home.
