Joey and the entire staff I met were completely friendly, not pushy, and answered all of the questions I had. I rate my overall experience with the staf as outstanding. I was also pleased with the fellow who performed the closing paperwork. My experience with the dealership was a very good one. We looked at many Jacksonville dealers at a variety of sports utility cars. A friend suggested looking into Hyundai's.Suggested they were nice cars and affordable. So looked up some reviews, went to a few Hyundai dealerships in Jax.. ,typical car dealership attitude==sell the most expensive vehicle, not listening to her needs and finances. But,we liked the cars we saw. Decided to look at St.Augustine Hyundai. First of all, Email response was the most friendly and immediate. Explained what their inventory was and were eager for us to come visit. It sounded worth it. We were so surprised with the kind, and friendly attitudes of all the employees. First, we could only come at dusk the night before Thanksgiving. She works all the time. Josh, a sales associate, was willing to wait to show her the cars and give her guidance on choices so she could think about it till Fri.. Look over the brochures,etc. and compare them to the other cars she was interested in. Get a feel for their brand of vehicles. We returned on Fri.(Mom and daughter) perfect set up for a salesperson. We were greeted as "new friends"by Josh. Then,introduced to other associates. They talked with us. We explained what we wanted and her finances. They,actually, listened to what we had to say. They said" they could find the perfect fit". My daughter looked at a variety of cars. But, immediately, knew the Elantra Touring car was "IT" the perfect car for her needs. She liked the look and the way it drove. They discussed the financial details with all the options she wanted. They always were on top of her limit on monthly payments and finances. Everything was so easy and casual. She had her beautiful first car!! Which she could afford!! What a joy for her. But most of all, a relief. This was a first pleasant car dealing experience in all my yrs.. of buying vehicles. They all should be like this. Upfront, honest, fair and a car selling approach with integrity. We are completely satisfied with our experience. She is beyond happy with her car. Her friends keep asking all about it.They are even considering a visit themselves. These are 26 to 30 yrs old friends with careers. P.S, I have a 2003 CTS I am going to sell. I was ready for "the" new one. I really felt the CTS was the one and only perfect car for me. I think I may have changed my mind. I am now considering the top of the line, Sonata 2011. Sporty, Classy and a great price. I can have lots of fun spending the extra savings . Great Job!!! Frank was very open and friendly on the phone and during our conversation he was straight forward in the pricing and what vehicles he had in stock. He did not pull any car saleman's gimmick's. When we arrived he showed the vehicle and made sure we unstood all the controls and how they worked and showed us the features of the car. Last month I took the car in for an oil change and the recall service on the steering wheel. The people there are always very polite and professional. Making an appointment with the service department people on the phone is very quick and pleasant. I was immediately served at the check-in point. They got everything I need lined up and waiting for me before I got there. Mr. Kirk Guillotte explained to me why and what they did to take care of the recall. They also went one step further to compensate their customers for the time and inconvenience that caused by the recall with a few nice surprises. My car is always washed from every visit I made to the service department at Hyundai of St. Augustine. I am glad that I found a car dealer who fully delieve what they believe is valuable to their customers and to the betterness of their dealership business. More

Our Hyundai Veracruz broke down on the way from NC to FL. Roosevelt Ramsubhag drove out to I-95 and picked our family up and took us to the dealership. He provided us a vehicle so we could continue on with our vacation and took care of making sure our vehicle was serviced and ready to go for our trip back to NC. The service provided was outstanding. We live in Orlando, but found this Hyundai dealer on line. When we emailed them with what we were looking for (2011 Tucson) we got a prompt reply. I live in Jax and I went to St. Augustine to test drive a Toyota Rav4 Limited. The salesman put me in one of the base models (which was about $3000 more than what it was worth)and told me why I didn't need t Toyota Rav4 Limited. The salesman put me in one of the base models (which was about $3000 more than what it was worth)and told me why I didn't need the Limited model. He then quoted the sticker price as the selling price, said there "might" be a mfr. rebate (like he didn't know). I left and went across the street to Hyundai of St. Augustine where I test drove a Santa Fe Limited I'd seen on the internet. I then saw an SE model and knew that was the vehicle I wanted. Josh Davis quoted me a price that was below sticker. I went home, got on the internet and realized the quoted price was below what Edmund's and Kelly BB were showing as invoice. A day and a half later I was back at the dealership where Josh and Jimmy got on the computer and located an SE in the color that I wanted. Even though the sticker on this particular vehicle was a little more than the one which had been on their lot, they stuck with their original quote. Within 48 hours I was driving away in a beautifully detailed Santa Fe with a full tank of gas. I have walked out of dealerships before because I refuse to play the haggling game that most car salesmen seem to expect. Hyundai of St. Augustine spared me that process. The whole experience was professional and painless and dealing with Josh was a pleasure. When the need arises,I hope the service department proves to be the positive experience that the buying process was. More
