The price for my Equus was competitive, expecially when the 100,000 mile warranty was included. Lastly, your dealership was the only one in Florida to have the Equus Ultimate in stock in the color I preferred. There are no Equus Ultimates of any color at any dealer in South Florida. We are so impressed with the St. Augustine Hyundai dealer! We took both of our 2012 Hyundais in for an oil change. They gave us the appointment on very short notice (wow!), and were so friendly and dealer! We took both of our 2012 Hyundais in for an oil change. They gave us the appointment on very short notice (wow!), and were so friendly and helpful. I had printed out a coupon for the oil change, and left it on the kitchen counter at home. I thought I would end up paying full price, but they said they would honor the coupon anyway. As it turned out, they discovered that I had 2, unused free oil changes that were part of my new car deal, and although that offer was expired, they honored it anyway! This wasn't something I remembered or asked about; they just did it on their own. I'm so glad that we bought our cars there! More

Although I took my car to another dealership and also received great customer service, my car was not fixed and the service department did not take my complaint seriously. I was looking to purchase a good, clean used automobile and I saw a 2010 Nissan Versa online at the USAA auto site. I contacted Hyundai of Saint Augustine and Mr. Glen Douse and I talked back and forth and finally we came to an agreement on price. I arranged to come in and pay for and pick up the car. I was surprised at the efficiency, respect and honesty of the sales team. There was no pressure and they honored the deal that we had made over the phone without hesitation. I told my son that this was the best dealership and car purchase I had ever made. Not only did they give me a full tank of gas but they made sure that everything was working properly on the car. This experience was so good that next summer when my other son graduates from college, I will return to Hyundai of Saint Augustine to purchase a car for him. I won't bother with any other dealership.
