The day we went to Hyundai of St Augustine we were expecting to test drive and research further a new 2011 Santa Fee for my mother-in-law. However after getting to the dealership and being greeted by expecting to test drive and research further a new 2011 Santa Fee for my mother-in-law. However after getting to the dealership and being greeted by the owner who immediately provided us with a courteous and knowlegible sales person we became excited about the process. Additionally, the dealership had on the lot (in the showroom) the exact color Santa Fee and options my mother-in-law was interested in. After test driving the Santa Fee and working directly with the dealership owner/management to finalize our sale in hindsight it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had. We would definitely recommend to anyone using this dealership to purchase of Hyundai. More

I have spoken to Paul Smathers couple of times and I felt immediately at ease and comfortable. I have told him we were looking for a specific model,color and trim. Not to mention we had an appointment at 7pm but couldnt get there because of bad weather. Dealership closed at 8pm and we arrived at 830pm. Paul greeted us with a big smile and a car was ready in front of the store! The whole dealership was empty with just Paul and nice finance gentlemen and me and my girlfriend.
