The other driver was completely at fault but her insurance company wouldn't even give me enough money to pay off my existing loan so that left me with nothing to put toward a new vehicle. As a recent Flagler graduate, I was planning to move to Charlotte, NC in effort to begin my new career as soon as possible. Once my car was totaled, all my plans seemed to fall apart and my life had to be put on hold as a result. Needless to say, when I approached Jose at Hyundai of St. Augustine, I was extremely bitter and skeptical. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of yet another pushy dealership so my behavior very reserved and cold. Jose immediately expressed understanding for my situation and assured me that there was no need to worry. He showed me a 2014 Hyundai Elantra and started to fill me in on all the options that the dealership was able to offer. Because of my situation, I told Jose that I was not in a position to put any money toward a new vehicle and I also needed really low payments to top it off. Oh, and my credit is awful. Long story short Jose, Wade and Joseph somehow managed to pull some financial strings and got my payments down to a reasonable number. I walked away with no buyers remorse whatsoever and I am more than excited to be driving a Hyundai for the first time. More

He then proceeded to ask us what car we were interested in and then he explained all of the features of each model we were considering and we went on several test drives. He answered all of our questions, he didn't make us feel rushed even though it was getting late in the day. After the decision was made on the car then it was price revealing time. That also went very smoothly as did the financing paperwork. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was polite and friendly. We will happily recommend them to family and friends. More

Even though I was pressed by time due to my work Hrs they were alawys there and untop of things to make my purchase go smoothe and quick as possible. In previous dealers I have had to wait a really long time for everything, it was just ridicuouls! But with Hyundai Of St Augustine everything was smoothe and the way they treat all the customers is like an extension of family. To top it all off I had a rental when I bought my new Hyundai and I didnt have anyone to take the rental back, but Leon Levit my sales associate, helped me in returning the car so I could drive away in my new car! And, its the first time I bought a car and the dealer actually filled the tank! Didint have to pay for gas for two weeks!!! All in all I highly recommend this dealer to everyone!!!
