Although I took my car to another dealership and also received great customer service, my car was not fixed and the service department did not take my complaint seriously. She did not rush me, kept me informed at all times, and she was a joy to deal with. I was looking to purchase a good, clean used automobile and I saw a 2010 Nissan Versa online at the USAA auto site. I was surprised at the efficiency, respect and honesty of the sales team. There was no pressure and they honored the deal that we had made over the phone without hesitation. I told my son that this was the best dealership and car purchase I had ever made. Not only did they give me a full tank of gas but they made sure that everything was working properly on the car. This experience was so good that next summer when my other son graduates from college, I will return to Hyundai of Saint Augustine to purchase a car for him. I won't bother with any other dealership.
