My son was looking to buy a used car with a spacific budget in mind, since my experience a year ago was great when purchasing my new Genisis, I suggested that my son go there before making a descission to purchase elseware. Again, in great style the people at Hyundai of St Augustine came through with flying colors, just as I expected! My son was a able to purchase a newer model, with more options, and fewer miles, and stay within his allotted budget. Roosevelt, was very helpful, with my son's purchase, never did he try to up sell him to a bigger payment, he just respected my sons wishes and showed him what he could provide within his budget. Thank you Roosevelt for making my son's 1st purchase, on his own, such a pleasurable experience for him. That is all he could talk about at dinner, how they respected his budget, helped him selecting a car within that budget, and in general just a pleasurable place to do business. My hat is off to you Andrew and Roosevelt for running a first class operation, Mercedes Benz could take alesson from you guys, how you operate. Rest assured our next purchase will be from Hyundai of St Augustine, thnak you all again in being so helpful to my son!! More

I walked into the dealership today with a budget set in my mind and an idea of what that budget could get me. After dealing with Roosevelt for no longer than 20 minutes he got me a payment in my budget wit my mind and an idea of what that budget could get me. After dealing with Roosevelt for no longer than 20 minutes he got me a payment in my budget with a car that had more options, and a newer year model than I was expecting I could purchase. The whole buying process was extremely easy and smooth, there was no hidden fees or last minute number changes before I signed the contract. Everything about today at Hyundai of St. Augustine was perfect. Roosevelt is a great salesperson! Have been buying cars for over 40 years. This was the most pleasaant straighforward experience in all those years. Was prepared for that unexpecdted BS line and it never came. At first they said they were not interested but gave me more than enough info on how to sell the car. He helped me and went above and way beyond what you would expect from a dealer. He was a very professional gentlemen and runs a dealership that gives a whole new perspective of what you expect when you walk into a dealership. They treat people with respect! I would highly recommend a visit to their dealership. More
I purchased a used 2008 Sonata from this dealership last week. My first visit to any Hyundai dealership was in Orange Park. That dealer would not give me a quote unless I was serious about buying that d week. My first visit to any Hyundai dealership was in Orange Park. That dealer would not give me a quote unless I was serious about buying that day. The salesperson also asked me if I would finance through them. Hugh? This was before I even test drove a car. I test drove one but refused to commit to buying from them. A few days later, I visited Hyundai of St. Augustine. Ryne, Jimmy and Wade and were all very helpful. I did not experience the usual high pressure sales tactics. When I visited the dealership for the first time, I looked at what they had on the lot and asked for a bottom line, out the door quote. Surprisingly, I did not get any grief from my request. Ryne was very helpful in trying to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. Jimmy was very helpful in giving me the prices. I then looked at another Hyundai dealership on the Southside. They were also very courteous and helpful but did not have exactly what I wanted. The next day, I decided on a vehicle and went back to close the deal. I noticed a couple of minor parking lot dings on the front passenger door. Jimmy immediately arranged for the dings to be removed. In addition, Jimmy and Ryne put in writing that the dings would be removed without my asking them to do it. A dealer who actually put something in writing besides the sales price? Wow, that alone made a huge impression on me. The closing went without a hitch. Jimmy also happened to serve as the finance guy that day. He was able to get me a better rate than my credit union. During the closing, he did not try to sell me the usual stuff dealers tend to push on you, how refreshing, He knew I did not want to spend anymore money. Due a medical situation in my family, Jmmy and Ryne arranged to have the car delivered to my home in Fruit Cove two days later. The dings on the door were removed, and the car was delivered on time. I am a person that dredges walking into an auto dealership as they always use high pressure sales approach. No one at Hyundai Auto did this. I will always go to them to purchase any more auto's again just for this reason. Roosevelt Ramsubhag was a very knowledgable person on the autos and very pleasant to talk with. We came back a few weeks later, asked for Joe and he stepped up and made for a wonderful car-shopping experience. We do feel like part of their family!! More

We left very happy and saying to each other "that was easy". This is the place to go to for hassle-free, no gimmicks, no pressure vehicle shopping. It was a pleasure to do business with Hyundai of St. Augustine and all the employees there. Our new Sante Fe SE is fantastic to drive and it is so pretty all dolled up. From headlights to tailgate it sparkled as we drove it off the lot. The total time it took from walk-in to drive off was all of 2 hours. Kudos to all of you. Thank you. More
