What also turned the experience even better was when I stopped by to ask a question in the service dept, I recognized Debbie who was at Honda before and when I went to Honda, I loved dealing with her b/c she was so effecient and the only one that kept the customer up to date on what was going on with the car instead of just "leaving them " sitting there for an hour with no acknowledgement. I often watched her as I am big in customer service at my job and thought, "wow, hard to find people like her"! So I was so happy to see she was now at Hyundai! You couldn't get any better as far as I am concerned! Honda's loss but a big gain for Hyundai Corp!
