The day the truck finally arrived with my car, he was on the phone to share the good news and to get the car ready for pick up. All of the paperwork was in order when we arrived at the dealership the next day, and Paul greeted us warmly and had us through the purchase process within an hour. He spent an extra 30 minutes after-hours, making sure that I was well-acquainted with the car's extensive features before heading home to Orlando. I will definitely refer my friends to Paul Smathers should they be interested in purchasing a Hyundai. He is a seasoned, thorough, and knowledgeable professional who will look after your best interests. At my old service station, I began to feel like my cars were just dollar signs to them and that I wondered if the recommended services were really necessary. After speaking with Debbie about what was wrong with my 1998 Accord 230230+miles car, and listening to Cory about the repair advise I did not feel that way. I was pleased with the estimate and extremely happy with the attention to detail that the whole staff offered. This has been a very comforting and pleasant experience from start to finish. She normally hates looking for a new car but even she enjoyed this experience. After looking a several different models, we bought a 2012 Elantra Limited. Rosie didn't try to sell us a more expensive car - rather he was concerned that we bought the car that best fit our needs. This is an outstanding dealership! More

The most important thing to me when entering a car dealership is that the salesperson is not overbearing. I was so relieved to be dealing with a calm reasonable man. After weeks of looking, calling around, internet searches and the usual due diligence, we purchased our new Santa Fe from St. Augustine Hyundia. Now that we are retired, we had time to really look around and select the "package" that met our needs. After visiting dealers in Orlando, Sanford, two in Jacksonville and four in St. Augustine we selected St. Augustine Hyundia. We actually made two trips to St. Augustine Hyundia before deciding to do business with them. During the first visit we were met by David Bunn who showed us around. We told David we were just looking and had no intentions of buying at that time. David was respectful and very pleasent, easy to talk with and made no effort to pressure us. We were impressed. We continued to look around and visitied other dealers before returning to see David over a month later. David and the other folks at the dealership were nice people who took care of us without the usuaul back and forth (song and dance) you get at most dealerships. In fact, we were offered a fair price for our trade and other incentives that met our needs... with little to do. This made for a pleaseat experience. David did an excellent job. He made us comfortable with our decision and continues to do so. More
