The Genesis has had very good reviews and I used the internet to find out about the vehicle and the sale team did a good job in helping the process. They located a Hyundai Genesis in the color and with the equipment I wanted and went 175 miles to pick it up fropm another one of there family of dealerships. They picked it up and delivered the vehicle the next day. I have already received the title and registration in under a month. I had a few questions and they were answered easily and I feel comfortable in recommeding the dealship to family and friends. More

This was my second time leasing a Sonata SE with St. Augustine Hyundai. I am a Naples, Florida resident; and after yet another fuss-free, and gratifying experience, I just don't see why anyone would pu Augustine Hyundai. In both cases, Joey offered unbelievable lease terms up front. There was no need for back and forth haggling. Furthermore, he drove my new car down to me--5.5 hours away!!! This is what car shopping should be like. Sadly, it is a rarity. Joey Cassata is a credit to his profession. I INSIST that anyone who is in the market for a Hyundai should call Hyundai of St. Augustine and ask for Joey! More

The only reason for us buying the Elantra Limited from this dealership is Kyle Showalter. Kyle was straight forward, honest and worked for my business. Five other Hyundai dealerships we dealt with did not this dealership is Kyle Showalter. Kyle was straight forward, honest and worked for my business. Five other Hyundai dealerships we dealt with did not possess these qualities. These five dealerships were either not straight forward in their dealings, lied to us, presented half truths or would not negotiate a fair price in my opinion, which would not allow warm and fussy feelings of trust in the dealings. Kyle sets the mark very high on the bar for car salesmanship by going the extra mile in making the customer want to come back to purchase the vehicle as well as recommending other friends and family to his dealership and Hyundai vehicles in general. I currently own a second Hyundai vehicle, my daughter and husband has two Hyundai vehicles, one brother has purchased a Hyundai and a second brother currently in the market for a new vehicle which has been given high recommendations from his family. I hope this has conveyed appropriate support for my high recommendations for Kyle Showalter and Hyundai purchase this review. More

I recently had my car towed in and a brake light replaced which caused the breakdown. Although the overall N/C invoice which I signed for indicated that the car had been washed, when I arrived home I s which caused the breakdown. Although the overall N/C invoice which I signed for indicated that the car had been washed, when I arrived home I saw THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN WASHED as shown on the invoice...Your service department seems ULTRA BUSY and I am concerned that my Sonata and SOON TO BE GENESIS.will not get its required service as indicated above.
