I chose Hyundai of St. Augustine and Key Hyundai of Jacksonville to be the only two dealerships to consider. I was looking on-line to get information on a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. I saw that Hyundai of St. Augustine was the closest dealership in my area, so I inquired about the price and availablity of a 2010 H Hyundai Sonata. Joey Cassata responded back via e-mail within twenty minutes. He then went on to provide me with very detailed information about the vehicles they had in stock at the dealership, along with prices, rebates, and other factors that might affect my decision. I met Joey a few days later and within an hour, I had purchased my new 2010 Sonata. He laid out all the details, and, best of all, he didn't put any pressure on me, only answered my myriad of questions. Joey was extremely knowledgable about the product and the service plans. He made it easy for me to feel that I was being treated fairly and professionally. I love my new Sonata and am looking forward to a long and pleasant relationship with Hyundai of St. Augustine. More

They found this dealership while I was looking at another dealer. They were very impressed by Joey and the others at the dealership. While looking around they found a 2005 Hyundai Elantra on the lot. Instead of sitting through the usual salesman shuffle with multiple managers & finance guys trying to get the best price, we had the best buying experience ever. Joey gave us the best price they could right away with no games. The whole time we were treated with respect and friendliness. The car was in fantastic shape and priced well within my budget. The car was clean and in good mechanical shape. It had features I did not expect at this price range(moonroof, power everything). When Joey introduced me to the people in the service shop they were friendly and eager to help in anywayy they could. I would recommend anyone looking at this dealership to rush right in, these guys are great. More

I prefer to get all of the purchase details arranged via email before I visit a dealership & Richard (along with Andre DiFeo, the General Manager) were prompt and offered a very competitive price in writing. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was completely prepared, ready for a test drive. I cut a check, Richard did an excellent job of reviewing the many features of the Genesis, introduced me the Service Manager, and I was out the door. I will be doing more business with Richard & Andrew! More

When it came time to look for a sports coupe as a second car, we returned to test drive a Genesis Coupe to see if it would fit our needs. I had done a fair amount of prior performance and cost research so I knew exactly what it would take for me to agree to purchase the car. Ryne Mallery was our sales rep from our previous lease so I called him in advance and told him what model version I wanted to test drive. When we arrived, Ryne met us with the keys and pointed to the car he had prepared for our test drive. Following a successful test drive, I sat down with Ryne and presented my purchase terms. He took them to Wade and after a very brief time returned to tell me that my offer was accepted. While we were waiting to sit down with the Finance Manager, we had a very engaging conversation with the general Manager, Andrew DeFeo who we knew from our Genesis Lease. He also drives a Genesis Sedan and we compared impressions of the car and its virtues. He answered all my questions about the future Aquos Sedan. It was a busy day and while we waited, I found the other salesmen very friendly and had several discussions with them about old cars, new cars and the Navy. All-in-all it was one of the easiest and most enjoyable car purchases that I have experienced and I would not hesitate to recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine to anyone who was interested in buying or leasing a new car. I just bought a Hyundai Sonata at this dealership this weekend. The experience was unbelievably easy and pleasant. The last time I bought a new car was 1998, and it was not a pleasant experience, so I was not looking forward to this time around, even though I needed a new car. I am frankly shocked at how easy the whole experience was. I highly recommend this dealership and Richard in particular. More

I was recently in the market for a new vehicle. I contacted a few dealerships only to find that sales techniques have not changed. I stumbled across this site and found Hyundai of St. Augustine. After, reading some of the reviews I contacted Joey Cassata via the internet. Joey responded promptly and inquired what my needs in a vehicle were. After reviewing the information about the 2 Santa Fe's that were of interest to me I chose one and requested a price. Much to my surprise the price quoted was a fair price and they were also very fair with a trade-in price for my current vehicle. Joey was a professional and a gentleman through the entire buying process. Finance Director Jason Parsons prepared the documents. The figures on the sales agreement were exactly the same as the deal that was made in the showroom. Another first from my past experience buying a new vehicle. The usual high pressure and deception that normally accompany the dealership experience were non-existent. This is honestly my first encounter with a new car dealership that was actually stress free. Before my departure from the facility, Andrew DiFeo (General Manager) made a point to personally thank me for my business and was extremely concerned about my buying experience at his dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine and Joey Cassata if you are looking for a company that values honesty and integrity from it's entire staff. More
