Was very happy with my overall purchase, negotiation, price, etc. Richard is the type of salesman I like to do business with. There were stains on the upholstery that weren't entirely removed and most are still visible. There is also a slight 1/4 inch cut in the driver's seat. I haven't had time to stop by yet due to the holidays and the fact that I commute to Jacksonville Mon to Fri., but I would like to get this issue resolved. Thank you, Richard Attinson More

When St.Augustine Hyundai first opened earlier this year I deceided to give them a try instead of driving to my purchasing dealer in jacksonville for a oil change.First impression was that this dealer was going to give excellent service to its customers and at a fair price. Needless to say,I have never been back to the jacksonville dealer. No need! Because St.Augustine Hyundai does live up to it's motto!!!!! If you own a Hyundai and it needs service. THIS WAS AN INTERNET SALE FOR THE MOST PART - WE SEARCHED FOR THE EXACT COLOR COMBINATION AND OTH YEARS - THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THIS WAS AN INTERNET SALE FOR THE MOST PART - WE SEARCHED FOR THE EXACT COLOR COMBINATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS THAT WE WANTED. RHYNE MALLERY GOT OUR NAME OFF THE INTERNET AND FOUND THE CAR WE WANTED. WE NEGOTIATED THE PRICE AND DROVE TO ST. AUGUSTINE 2 DAYS LATER TO GET THE CAR. THE CAR WAS READY - PAPER WORK WAS DONE AND WITHIN 30 MINUTES WE WERE ON OUR WAY HOME. THE SALES MANAGER JIM CAME INTO THE OFFICE TO INTRODUCE HIMSELF AND JASON BUSINESS MANAGER WAS VERY NICE. From the minute I was approached by my salesman, Eddy, I felt very comfortable at the dealership. He brought me inside, asked a few questions, and then showed me a couple of cars that fit what I was looking felt very comfortable at the dealership. Both Eddy and Jimmy showed me the options of purchasing new and used, and I ultimately decided on a new Sonata. Wade let Me, my wife, and my 3 year old daughter spend the entire time we were discussing price and financing in Wade and Jimmy's office. This was a big help when trying to keep a 3 year old pre-occupied. Everyone who walked by us always acknowledged us and said hello. I have made several new car purchases over the past 15 years, and this was definately the most pleasant experience by far. Thank you Andrew for providing a great service here in St Augustine. I would strongly reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. First off our salsman, Roosevelt Ramsubag, was very accomodating, had a wealth of information on the car we we looking to purchase a new or used car. Roosevelt was very polite, and was more than happy to answer all our questions, he was very enthouastic about the product he was selling, a trait not often seen in todays cars salesmen. Roosevelt is definately a top notch sales professional and I have reccomended to several people already. As far as the buying experience was concerned, I like the laid back, no pressure sales approach this dealership uses, when it was time to make a deal Roosevelt presented us with his best price right off the bat, no hageling back and forth, he cut to the chase, I really like that! While I was there I had an opportunity to meet the general manager too! I must say for a young man, Andrew DeFio, displays excellant management skills, as evidenced by the quality of his sales staff, finance mgr., and even the detail department professionals he has working for him. This is the first car I have ever purchased that I was satisfied with the quality of delivery datail work on my new car. Although I didn't get the gentlemans name who detailed the car for us, cudos to him! You are the first my man... As I said this is the first car I ever purchased whare the glass didn't have so much as a streak, the paint detailed perfectly, and the interior perfectly clean, not a mark anywhare. Very Very good job!!!! My overall impression with "Hyundai of St.Augustine" is top notch, this comes from a man who has purchased, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Chrysler, etc etc. This dealership has got it right on every detail. Congratulations.....! As an added point, I purchased the 2009 Hyundai "GENISIS" 4.6L V8, I must say that this car surpases the "07" Mercedes Benz E 350 in all respects. Superior ride quality, "more like an S class", handleing, breaking, performance, fit, and finish all 10 in my book. If any of you reading here are considering a BMW, Mercedes Benz, Lexus, etc. Stop....! and check out the Genisis before you by, Hyundai has really hit the mark with this car. More
