I contacted a salesman by the name of Demetrius Davis over the telephone and he explained everything to me after I told him what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle. After calling me back 3 times we made a deal over the phone. The next day I went to the dealership expecting to be told a different price arrangement (because I experienced it with another dealership) but as it turned out I was more than satisfied that the arrangement to complete the sale was more than satisfactory. I advised Paul of a potential deal with two other competitor dealerships and he was quickly at work to attempt and locate the vehicle my brother-inlaw wanted to acquire. The dealership found that they had the exact car allocated and it was due for delivery to the dealership at any moment. The vehicle arrived hours later that day on 6/3 and was driven to us and delivered that same evening. Paul even went out of his way to offer to come himself all the way to Orlando for the delivery - unbelievable. All of this was completed without even a mention of any deposit - not even a dollar! I was most impressed with this dealer as I have purchased many costly nameplates and was NEVER treated as well as "HYUNDAI OF ST. AUGUSTINE" did. My first contact with Hyundai of St. Augustine was through the internet as I was researching my next new vehicle purchase. I went through AAA to get my 2011 Elantra deal. St Augustine Hyundai had the best price to offer from 2 other dealships AAA gave me. I also checked out 2 local dealerships for a total of 5 different Hyundai dealerships. Joey Cassata followed up with me & everything was done over the internet & phone. I wanted a sky blue car so I had to wait a few weeks for it to come in but they were willing to get me what I wanted & remained in contact with me during the process. I would also like to say that only one of the other 4 dealships even tried to work with me during this entire process but was no match to St Augustine Hyundai. The other 4 dealerships could have cared less for my business. I went to the dealership to pick up my new car but could have had it delivered to my door! Joey was very professional, patient & knowledgeable. The entire car buying process was painless & acually fun because Joey keep everything going smooth, treated me with respect & never pressured me to do anything. Everything was as it was when we talked & agreed to over the phone with no hidden fees or add-ons at signing.
