I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I told David Bunn (sales consultant) what particular car I was interested in, which included a particular color, model, and price range. David did some searching for me and emailed me within a couple of days! The car was exactly what I had been looking for and it was exactly what I could afford. Andrew Difeo (owner) emailed me with photos of the car in a timely manner. I normally would not make such a purchase over the phone/email, but Mr. Difeo was so helpful and sent photos at every angle-and he worked with my price range. He also guaranteed me that I was not obligated to buy the car if I was not satisfied once I saw it in person. No other dealership offered to go this extra mile... Mr. Difeo had the car delivered to me the very next day in Gainesville! The delivery guys actually worked outside of normal business hours, just to make sure I got the car that day as promised. The car was detailed inside/out and looked fabulous-just as the pictures showed. I was more than satisfied when I saw it being driven down my drive way. Friendly, approachable, knowlegeable and NO PRESSURE approach. I am in sales myself and tend to avoid "annoying" sales people. Paul Smathers sit down with me and listened to what my needs were, then he looked at the best possible match. I had some financial challenges the past 2 yrs and explained to Paul that I was trying to put my life back together. Paul never made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed by my situation, instead he was empathetic, understanding and willing to go above and beyond to do everything within his power to help me. Everything he said he would do from vehicle selection, financing to giving me the most money for trade-in, he kepted his word "irony" in the car business. Purchasing and signing took less than an hour. The vehicle was delivered with a full tank of gas and Paul even went the extra mile to introduce me the service dept. Cant say enough. I went to this dealership becaues I saw a vehicle online. I did the online application and the next day recieved a call from Mr. Selph. He was so down to earth and personable. I finally made it there from Jacksonville and he showed me two cars in my price rage. I was'nt excited about either one but he called me back the next day to tell me he had the perfect car for me. I went to see it and we began the do the hard approval which was showing my debt to income ratio too high even though my credit score was ok. He and the staff spent four hours trying to get the approval for me and succeeded with a decent interest rate and monthly payments I could afford. I can never thank them enough. I have had some challenges financilly these past two years and I explained to Mr. Selph I was trying to rearrange my life. He never made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable and was so accomodating. Absolutely the best experience I have had in over 40 years of buying cars. Darryl had great follow up and communication and was a pleasure to work with. No pressure sales approach - instead Darryl and Rosie were concerned I knew all the features of their cars and found the right one for me. Negotiating the price was hassle free and I got an outstanding price without going through the usual wrestling. I bought a 2012 Genesis and Rosie spent a lot of time walking me through all its features - he even left me his cell phone number in case I had questions later. Best orientation after the purchase I have ever experienced - even compared to some expensive luxury cars I have purchased in the past. Outstanding in every respect and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. More

One of our friends had recently bought a car from Joey, and we went into the dealership looking for him. As it turned out, he was the one to greet us as soon as we walked in the door! There were no new Elantras even on the lot at the time, but Joey set us up with a "gently used" 2011 trade-in for a test drive, and between that experience and what we knew about the Elantra, we were sold! Had to wait about two weeks for the car to come in, but Joey kept us in the loop. Great buying experience, and I'm loving the car! More
