I went to Hyundai of St Augustine because my father had recently bought a car from them and was very happy with the service and the car. All of the informtion regarding the type of car, features, and price point that I wanted were relayed to Joey Cassatta ahead of time. After work, I went to the dealership with no exact model in mind to purchase. When I arrived, Joey had picked out a car for me to test drive that had everything I was looking for and was the right price. I never felt any pressure and was in and out with my new purchase in just a couple of hours. Most of that time was spent with Joey showing me how to use all the new features of the car. I love the option the website offers of sending in your credit application ahead of time as well. Everyone from the sales staff, finance, and even the car detailer were professional and accommodating. I sent a mass email to quite a few Hyundai dealers asking for quotes on an Elantra and wanted to share my recent experience at St Augustine Hyundai. I sent a mass email to quite a few Hyundai dealers asking for quotes on an Elantra and asked to be contacted only by phone. Joey Cassata, at St Augustine, is the only salesman that honored my wishes. He sent a few quotes and never called but followed up with emails as I had asked. All the other dealers chose to call. Every person I dealt with at St Augustine Hyundai, from Jimmy the sales manager, the guy in finance, to the patient detail man, were very friendly and professional. After I purchased my car, I went home to get the spare key for my trade-in. When I returned, my car wasn't yet ready. Joey entertained my son, daughter and I for almost an hour. A couple of times I told him he didn't have to babysit us because I knew he was missing out on new customers. Both times he told me that until I left happy with my car I was his only customer. I really appreciated that he was as nice and attentive after he made the sale as he was before he made the sale.
