I had been looking to purchase a new Hyundai Veloster for several months prior to it's introduction. (I'm in the Tampa/Clearwater area). Once the vehicle hit the dealerships I went to a local dealer I had several months prior to it's introduction. (I'm in the Tampa/Clearwater area). Once the vehicle hit the dealerships I went to a local dealer I had purchased a Sonata from last year and put down a deposit on a Vitamin C (orange) Veloster. I was told the vehicle was in port, and should be delivered in several days. After waiting 3 weeks, I went online and started searching. This is where I ran into St. Augustine Hyundai. I was on their website and they showed the exact vehicle I was looking for, soon to be delivered to he dealership. I clicked a button requesting more information, and within 10 minutes I got an email from Andrew DiFeo. Keep in mind, this was at 10PM...I wasn't expecting such a speedy response. I explained to Andrew my situation with my local dealer, plus the fact I was 250 miles away. Andrew and I emailed each other back and forth the next day, where he later introduced me to Joey. They went out of their way to actually pull info from Hyundai and transporter that was hauling the vehicle and within 2 hours, I had an ACTUAL confirmation the vehicle would be delivered within the next 2 days. Andrew and Joey actually negotiated everything via e-mail, and before I knew, Joey had e-mailed me a photo of the actual car I was buying just as it had rolled off the truck (it still had plastic all over it)!. The next day I made the drive up to St. Augustine. Andrew met me as I pulled onto the parking lot. Shook my hand and immediately took me over to meet Joey. Joey had my car all washed up and ready to go, parked on the front drive. Joey was great...informative, polite, no pressure what so ever! A GREAT guy to deal with. If you can, be sure to get Joey to be your salesman. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. I purchase 2 new vehicles every year. I have never had such great service. I wouldn't hesitate making the 4 1/2 hour drive again to St. Augustine Hyundai for my next purchase! More

After searching the entire state of Florida for a 2012 Elantra on Edmunds.com, I got a phone call from Joey Cassata from St. Augustine of Florida. Joey gave me the best price out of 6 other dealers in the Elantra on Edmunds.com, I got a phone call from Joey Cassata from St. Augustine of Florida. Joey gave me the best price out of 6 other dealers in the state of Florida and with no deposit required. I did have to wait about 6 weeks for the car to come in, during those 6 weeks my current truck had broke down and was beyond repair. I called Joey and explained what had happened with my truck and he delivered one of the dealerships loaner cars for me to drive until my car arrived (I live in Sarasota). Very rarely these days you come across a salesman that is honest and goes above their call of duty to make a customer satisfied, I believe I found that at St. Augustine Hyundai with Joey. I was in the market for a new Hyundai Elantra. I researched the vehicles and my trade. Randy Selph, the Internet Salesman at Hyundai of St. Augustine called me one morning. I told him his dealership was just too far away. He informed me that he delivered anywhere in FL. Within 15 minutes, we had negotiated a deal over the phone and he had the car I wanted in stock. Shortly thereater, my new car was at my home and my trade was on its way to St. Augustine. In all my years, I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience and I didn't have to leave the house. I have been telling everyone who will listen about my experience and about Randy.
