This is the third (3d) consecutive year that I have purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from Hyundai of St. Augustine. The sales manager, Jimmy Feliciano and my sales representative, Darryl Clark have provi purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from Hyundai of St. Augustine. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and give me clear definitive information about pricing and about my Sonata., They worked together to give me a great price and to have my car ready to drive home in a very short time, while I waited. I would also like to point out that I routinely travel from the Jacksonville aread to this dealership to have my Sonatas service by Joe King and his service dept. Before going to this dealership, we visited several others. However, we were disappointed with the other dealers because they were too forceful with their sales approach, were not willing to come down others. However, we were disappointed with the other dealers because they were too forceful with their sales approach, were not willing to come down off the price of the vehicle, and had a limited inventory of the type of vehicle we wanted. We had a completely different experience at Hyundai of St Augustine. We were met by Darryl Clark who was very engaging and honest. He has a very friendly, professional demeanor that appealed to us. He was very thorough in explaining all the advantages of the vehicles and was very willing to meet our cost expectations. We looked at two different models; the Accent and Elantra. Darryl carefully explained the differences in the vehicles so we could make an informed choice. He was very patient throughout the entire process. We did visit two more dealerships of other makes and were very disappointed. It was quite obvious to us, the positive experience at Hyundai of St Augustine was not going to be beat. Our choice was the 2013 Hyundai Accent and we couldn't be happier with it. More
