We took two weeks in making our decision and never felt pressured, but instead our sales person stayed in touch and presented every possible option until he came up with the solution that best suited our needs. We are now owners of a new Elantra and just love it. We drove from Orange Park to deal with Hyundai of St Augustine as we were told they were the best dealership in the Jacksonville area. That turned out to be very true. We will recommend them to everyone. More

The purchase of a new car is a notoriously unpleasant experience. However at Hyundai of St Augustine the experience was a very pleasurable one. The experience started with a cordial meeting soon after getting out of our car. Not the usual stampede of salesmen fighting to get to you first to claim you as their territory. As we walked toward the sales room a salesperson asked if he could direct us to anyone in particular. After giving him the name of a salesperson, and being told that person was off for the weekend, we were directed to Roosevelt. Roosevelt asked what type of vehicle we were interested in and many pertinent questions to narrow the choices and provide selections to view. We took a car out for a test drive which lasted about 30 minutes. We were a bit surprised that no salesperson went with us. We found that to be a huge factor in the "no pressure" experience of Roosevelt and Hyundai of St Augustine. After settling on the car we wanted to buy we were (again) expecting the unpleasant haggling over money that typically occurs. But again, Roosevelt and Hyundai of St Augustine exceeded our wildest expectations. Roosevelt knew we had financial information from Kelly Blue Book for our trade-in vehicle and for the Elantra we were purchasing. The money was decided in less than 15 minutes; with us being very happy! Another outstanding feature was the explanation of the workings of the car. That even included Roosie downloading my contact list from my iPhone to the Bluetooth feature of the car. Having been a many, many year Honda Civic owner and fan I can say without any hesitation that the Hyundai Elantra beats the Civic by a wide margin. No wonder the Elantra is 2012 Car of the Year. It certainly is in my book! I just love my car. Thank you Roosie and Hyundai of St Augustine for such a pleasant car-buying experience! More

Best Price in the area. I live in Tallahassee and did everything over the phone and by email. Their finance department was great in helping me get financing I could afford. Called spoke to Debbie she told me to come in the next morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. She sent a mechanic to go for a ride with me so he could hear the noise in the rear of my wife's 2010 Elant morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. She sent a mechanic to go for a ride with me so he could hear the noise in the rear of my wife's 2010 Elantra Touring. He heard the noise and he took the car into the service bay. He came out bout 20 minutes later and told he tightened up a loose nut on the rear suspension. We took another ride and the noise was gone. He then brought the car to be washed. I was done in 1Hour and 15 minutes. I was completely satisfied with my overall experience, and recommend this Service Department Highly. Gary Klein Of Palm Coast More
Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I've bought a number of cars in my life, but this is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer. With some major blemishes on my credit I was told by Hyunda in my life, but this is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer. With some major blemishes on my credit I was told by Hyundai of Orange Park that you could not lease with those issues. I was told my issues automatically disqualified me. I had been given Kyle's name from my boss. My boss knew of my issues with Orange Park and said what a good guy Kyle was and how great the dealership was. I gave it a shot. I talked to Kyle and he said my issues did not disqualify me. After I let Kyle pull my credit I found out not only did Orange Park not tell me the truth...they didn't even pull my credit before telling me no. Kyle and his finance manager, Eddie Brooks, got me approved through Hyundai! The car I wanted was the Veloster and had been eyeing the green one since I'd seen them in the summer of 2011. St. Augustine did not have a green one. Kyle and his boss, Jimmy Feliciano, combed Florida for a week looking for a basic green Veloster so I could come in over the weekend and lease. They never gave up! Kyle let me text him all the time requesting updates without getting irritated. Finally the day I was supposed to come in they found one. Within the hour they had a driver on the way to get it. It was cleaned and ready when I got there that evening. The dealership was so laid back and comfortable. The whole process that evening only took an hour and a half!! I love, love, love, love my green Veloster. It's my favorite car to date!! But even more than I love the car I really love this dealership for being understanding and helpful and treating me like their only customer. Thank you Kyle, Jimmy, and Eddie!! More
