I was greeted pleasantly by name on arrival and told what to expect and how long my wait would be. Was told by sales person my 2008 Solara convertible with 18'500 mile. Was worth $ 21,000 on autotrader cash that they would buy it for. When I could not make the numbers work on the car I wanted to buy. I 18'500 mile. Was worth $ 21,000 on autotrader cash that they would buy it for. When I could not make the numbers work on the car I wanted to buy. I then ask them to buy my car for the $ 21,000. The sales manger said they make a mistake and would not give me the $21,000 for my car. They tried playing the good cop bad cop on me. I would be very careful dealing with these kind of people. I will not send anybody to these guys. More
Chris went above the call of duty. I found out my extended warranty did not do what i was led to believe. I had to have a washer pump installed. He only charged me for the pump and i greatly apprec extended warranty did not do what i was led to believe. I had to have a washer pump installed. I left with a good feeling toward your dealership. I can assure you that i will be letting everyone the good experience that i had. I came to the dealership to buy a used car. I purchased a used 2006 Rav4. My experience with the dealership upon purchase was a lot of what you would expect from a used car dealership they used manipulati a used 2006 Rav4. My experience with the dealership upon purchase was a lot of what you would expect from a used car dealership they used manipulating tactics and had a condescending attitude as if I didn't know what I was doing during the transaction. I just wanted to car, so I eventually got out of this. Within two months my car engine overheated without any indication from my car that it was getting hot. Needless to say they sold me a car that was a dud. When I called to let them know they merely said "sucks for you, you didn't buy a warranty." I think the best part was when I wrote a rating on their website along side all the comments about them being so great. I went back to the website a week later and they had deleted my comment. I guess they aren't very concerned actually making people happy, only that it looks like people are happy. Hyundai has lost a customer for life (I am now driving a new 2012 Corolla, no more messing with used cars!). More

After the required bargaining, I got a fully loaded car at a price I was willing to pay, and the dealership got to sell the same car twice, a win -win all around. I am sure I will be a happy camper as soon as we figure out how to work all those extra do-dads..
