Hyundai of St. Augustine had just opened, just started selling cars a few days before I purchased my 2008 Accent. I was treated professionally, respectfully and intelligently (contrary to how I was treat selling cars a few days before I purchased my 2008 Accent. I was treated professionally, respectfully and intelligently (contrary to how I was treated by other dealers practically within walking distance of Hyundai of St. Augustine). I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my buying experience. I got exactly what I wanted at the price and with the terms I wanted, no hassle or bickering or negotiating at all. I told my sales person what I wanted and would accept, and I got it right away. My sales person was Mr. Martinez, who I would without hesitation recommend to anyone. Professional, straight-forward, up-front, honest and totally non-pressuring. He is one reason I came back to complete my purchase. I knew what to expect from him when I did, and I was not disappointed. What I particularly appreciated was his willingness to give up an hour of his time to help me return a rental car so that I could drive off in my new Accent. Great experience, completely a-typical of experiences I have had at other dealers and with other sales people over the years. Good job. More
