The sales people were vey polite and right to the point, the vehicle was ready for us when we showed up and the whole process of taking delivery took only a couple of hours. It was a delight to work with such professionals who delivered what they said they would, when they said they would and for an unbeatable price. As for Hyundai of Orange park .... STAY AWAY, the tricked me into putting a deposit down to see a vehicle which they said would take 7-10 working days to deliver. This deposit to prove that I was interested ($500) turned out to be a deposit for a customer buy order, which turned out to be in the pile of paperwork they had me sign, but did not provede me a copy of, the vehicle was not delivered and they kept the $500 because they claim they incurred expenses. They are shady and use tactics to make money on vehicles that they don't have... all Iwanted was to test drive a car. Hyundai of ST Augustine...... A++++ Hyundai of Orange Park....... Once we returned, he showed us the entire inventory of used Santa Fe's...there were 5 in stock. He was very informative and pleasant to work with. Was very happy with my overall purchase, negotiation, price, etc. Richard is the type of salesman I like to do business with. There were stains on the upholstery that weren't entirely removed and most are still visible. There is also a slight 1/4 inch cut in the driver's seat. I haven't had time to stop by yet due to the holidays and the fact that I commute to Jacksonville Mon to Fri., but I would like to get this issue resolved. Thank you, Richard Attinson More

When St.Augustine Hyundai first opened earlier this year I deceided to give them a try instead of driving to my purchasing dealer in jacksonville for a oil change.First impression was that this dealer was going to give excellent service to its customers and at a fair price. Needless to say,I have never been back to the jacksonville dealer. No need! Because St.Augustine Hyundai does live up to it's motto!!!!! If you own a Hyundai and it needs service. THIS WAS AN INTERNET SALE FOR THE MOST PART - WE SEARCHED FOR THE EXACT COLOR COMBINATION AND OTH YEARS - THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THIS WAS AN INTERNET SALE FOR THE MOST PART - WE SEARCHED FOR THE EXACT COLOR COMBINATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS THAT WE WANTED. RHYNE MALLERY GOT OUR NAME OFF THE INTERNET AND FOUND THE CAR WE WANTED. WE NEGOTIATED THE PRICE AND DROVE TO ST. AUGUSTINE 2 DAYS LATER TO GET THE CAR. THE CAR WAS READY - PAPER WORK WAS DONE AND WITHIN 30 MINUTES WE WERE ON OUR WAY HOME. THE SALES MANAGER JIM CAME INTO THE OFFICE TO INTRODUCE HIMSELF AND JASON BUSINESS MANAGER WAS VERY NICE. From the minute I was approached by my salesman, Eddy, I felt very comfortable at the dealership. He brought me inside, asked a few questions, and then showed me a couple of cars that fit what I was looking felt very comfortable at the dealership. Both Eddy and Jimmy showed me the options of purchasing new and used, and I ultimately decided on a new Sonata. Wade let Me, my wife, and my 3 year old daughter spend the entire time we were discussing price and financing in Wade and Jimmy's office. This was a big help when trying to keep a 3 year old pre-occupied. Everyone who walked by us always acknowledged us and said hello. I have made several new car purchases over the past 15 years, and this was definately the most pleasant experience by far. Thank you Andrew for providing a great service here in St Augustine.
