Roosevelt even drove to my house to pick up a loaner car they had given me so I did not have to go back up to St. Augustine. In the end they put me in a better vehicle, A KIA Sedona minivan(Hyundai), that has brought a ton of happiness to my family. I have always thought the car buying process was one of the most unenjoyable events of my adult life. Our salesman Ryne picked the correct car for us to test drive, which for us was the 3.8 Genesis, We didn't have to trudge around in the Florida heat to view their entire inventory because Ryan drove the vehicle to the shaded outside showroom for us to inspect. The test drive with Ryan was a good experience, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and really bent backwards to serve us. Jimmy Feliciano was the most polite and friendliest Manager I have ever met. Excellent Service, everyone in the dealership from the salespersons to service manager introduced themselves and made us feel special. We would recommend to anyone Hyundai of St. Augustine. More

While my car was being serviced I entertained the idea of trading in my car for a new one and met Joe Lando. Joe is a remarkable team member. He is knowledgeable, answered all my questions, gave me a few options, matched me with the perfect car and deal for ME, all while being quite professional and friendly.
