Was very happy with my overall purchase, negotiation, price, etc. Richard is the type of salesman I like to do business with. There were stains on the upholstery that weren't entirely removed and most are still visible. There is also a slight 1/4 inch cut in the driver's seat. From the minute I was approached by my salesman, Eddy, I felt very comfortable at the dealership. He brought me inside, asked a few questions, and then showed me a couple of cars that fit what I was looking felt very comfortable at the dealership. Both Eddy and Jimmy showed me the options of purchasing new and used, and I ultimately decided on a new Sonata. Wade let Me, my wife, and my 3 year old daughter spend the entire time we were discussing price and financing in Wade and Jimmy's office. This was a big help when trying to keep a 3 year old pre-occupied. Everyone who walked by us always acknowledged us and said hello.
