Lets face it, car buying for most people is an incredibly intimidating process. The dealership was great. Everyone was attentive to the customer, but not overwhelming. The price of the vehicles are low from the begening. When we arrived we were not pushed into anything.We asked to see a sales consultant. Paul Smathers was at our service. He was very attentive,,having full knowledge of the automobile I was interested in. We were not rushed into a "buy" but talked to about their beliefs in having a well run dealership. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. It was delivered the next day. Paul patiently explained all the functions of this gorgeous car,,,,bluetooth,radio,,too many to mention,and mentioned I could go back at any time if I had any questions..May I mention that the owner was also present at times,assuring that all was going well. The sales staff spent all of the time we needed to get the car set up for us to use, and Josh was wonderful in setting up our new nav system and bluetooth.
