Each member of the staff was very professional and David Bunn explained in detail extended warranty and service options. What really impressed us the most is that we originally wanted pearl white and Shawn started a search in surrounding dealerships; however a few days later a mineral gray arrived at the dealership that had all of our options selected. We received a call on Saturday morning that we may want to take a look; it works well with the gray interior. We drove down and within a half hour selected the mineral gray Santa Fe. We first met Paul Smathers on the phone after my husband and I went shopping for a car. Had not a good experience, felt a lot of pressure to buy without shopping prices.
