Hyundai of St Augustine

This is my third Sonata purchase, and it is my first at St. Augustine Hyundai. I found my sales rep,(Paul Smathers)very helpful. He brought me up to speed on the changes to the 2013 Sonata and listened to St. Augustine Hyundai. I found my sales rep,(Paul Smathers)very helpful. It is very refreshing to look into the eyes of a sales professional and not see Dollar signs as they escourt you around the lot!!Paul selected a few cars that had what I was looking for and I purchased a light blue model. I left the dealership to get my trade and when I returned Paul and Mike in finance had all the paper work prepared and I was out the door with my new Sonata in half an hour. When I purchased my previous Hyundai I was at the dealership three hours!! Thank you Paul, and thank you Mike. More

I just want to say thank you and great job to your team. It was my first car buying experience and it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I went to Vystar to be preapproved for my car loan so I co It was my first car buying experience and it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I went to Vystar to be preapproved for my car loan so I could just walk into any dealership and say "I'll take that one." :o) And thats exactly what I did I went in test drove a brand new 2013 elantra coupe then came back 30 minutes later and said we have a deal. I had been researching the pricing on this particular car I wanted so the prices they had listed were fair. My only issue was on the price sticker in the sales window said that it came with a cargo tray. But when you opened the trunk it only had the fabric mat. Demetrius and Jimmy looked around the lot to find me one to no avail. So I signed my paperwork and drove home in my new car thinking that maybe I was wrong and misread it and the website. But in fact I didn't misread the website originally so when I did the build and price again on the hyundai website and it lists cargo tray as an available option made out of plastic. And its definition is in fact helps protect cargo area and perserve original carpeting, from spills, dirt, and other debris. I decided to email them that next day with my dissatisfaction. The very next day I got a phone call from Jimmy and Demetrius telling me that they'll look into it more and I can go to a certain website and see if I like the after market one. And if I did they would go ahead and order it for me. I was busy that day between my hectic work schedules so I had to have my mom call them for me. She ended up leaving a message and then I promptly heard back from Demetrius again today and told him to go ahead and order it. So to sum it up they seem to be stand up salesmen that stick to their word. I mean I did say in the beginning "Throw in the plastic cargo tray and we have a deal." More

Mr. Davis is very knowledgeable and able to conduct business without trying to sell me something. I appreciate that he asked specific questions to understand what I was looking for. I really liked the selection, the fact that the prices were displayed clearly and the knowledgable vehicle comsultants.
