I originally called Germaine as I had leased 2cars through him. He was rude and seemed disinterested in selling me my leased car. I am a retired widow and rely on help from my son- in- law in such ma through him. He was rude and seemed disinterested in selling me my leased car. I am a retired widow and rely on help from my son- in- law in such matters as purchasing a vehicle. My son-in-law works out of state and is only available on Saturday. Germaine insisted I had to go into the dealer on Monday or first thing the following Saturday morning. I could not. My son-in-law took me in on Saturday morning the same week I called. When we went in sales people were walking around, sitting talking…it was very slow. Leon was right there..greeted us and when I told him why we were there, he said he could do all the paperwork for me. He was delightful! He did the paperwork. The finance office was closed. I did return on Monday to sign the loan documents. Leon made my experience a positive one. And Bob .. in the finance office was also a delight. What began as a bad experience ended well and Leon and Bob kept me as a Haundai customer. I had considered going to another dealer to have them buy the lease and purchase a car through Toyota. Leon is a keeper!!! More

The experience I had was excellent. The staff was very nice and I felt it went fairly fast. I brought my Palosade in for an oil change and they told me of some recalls. Three hours later they wanted me to get other stuff done that cost money it was actually for a 30,000 mile service but I wasn’t me of some recalls. Three hours later they wanted me to get other stuff done that cost money it was actually for a 30,000 mile service but I wasn’t at 30,000 miles yet . They also said caution on my tires they were half worn 5/32. I emailed my adviser and told him I had 4 new michelin tires installed in March of 2026 and only had 5,000 miles on them. I felt like they were trying to get money out of me for other work that did not need to be done. More
