They had just been delivered to Hyundai of St. Augustine. As the dealership is over 300 miles from our home, our salesperson Ava Hamilton, agreed to hold the vehicles for our arrival, so that we could choose color (Java Expresso, or Night Sky Pearl). Ava, was communicative with us during our journey and secured every possible discount on the vehicle. She introduced us to managers, finance persons and service personnel. While the day was a long one, everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful. Ava (on a day off), Andrew DiFeo (out of state at a conference), and Jimmy Feliciano, all followed up with calls the next day, to thank us and see if we had any questions or problems. Given time, other closer dealers could have probably secured the vehicle of choice, but we needed a replacement for our recently totaled Santa Fe. More
