This is the second car I’ve bought from Hyundai of Saint Augustine. I got a 25 Elantra N, my father brought me to pick up. Ben went out of his way to top off my fathers Hyundai Santa Cruz. I came back here because during the pandemic, they didn’t add markups on the Elantra N I was buying at the time. I’m glad I did because I got to meet Ben and his awesome personality made the drive worth it. More

Mirena Napier is the absolute best! !! Our 2020 Sonata, which we love, had a blinking running light that was not easy to diagnose. She sent us home in a nice rental and she and her tec !! A very nice facility. Marina is always awesome. Every time that I interact with her or have a problem even when she wasn’t my service advisor, she would always jump in and Marina is always awesome. they did not wash the car after a tire change , and saw a large 8inch by 12 inch paint peel and did not say anything to me about it, i had to call the service dept back out and show it to him , He took pictu large 8inch by 12 inch paint peel and did not say anything to me about it, i had to call the service dept back out and show it to him , He took pictures of the pealing and said he would get back to me and never did. they will not cover the cost of repainting but as on facebook this problem is with white cars from 2015 to 2023 bad paint jobs and peeling paint I went to corp it took over a month and said they would not do anything to help, 1000s of cars have the same proplem some they take care of many they dont. More
