Can you rate them a zero? I bought a used Lexus from them in December 2016. I told them I was driving 50+ miles to get to the dealership. When I arrived, the car was ready t I bought a used Lexus from them in December 2016. I told them I was driving 50+ miles to get to the dealership. When I arrived, the car was ready to go except the shift knob was missing. They told me it was stolen during a previous test drive. I agreed to purchase the vehicle under the condition they would send me a new one. The salesman and GM told me they had ordered the part from Lexus directly. Two weeks later and about 15 calls to their dealership later, they finally send a knob. It was off an old Lexus and taped up so I couldn't easily unwrap it. They never followed up and never called to apologize. Just poor service all the way around. I would never buy from them again. Ever. More
