Painless process Referred to Serramonte Hyundai through the Costco Auto Program. We considered Hyundai because of the warranty, cost and feedback from another Hyundai Referred to Serramonte Hyundai through the Costco Auto Program. We considered Hyundai because of the warranty, cost and feedback from another Hyundai owner. Our sales representative, Pierre Calimlim, worked with us and didn't pressure us. He called us within an hour after the request was submitted through Costco. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He tool extra time to explain the car's features to my daughter since she had to leave early. Pierre scheduled time with her that worked with her class and work schedules. She enjoys driving her new car and my husband and I are confident in knowing that she's driving around in a reliable and safe car. More

I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Genesis this week, the sales person Mani Arif was very knowledgeable and friendly. I've purchased cars before from other dealerships and didn't feel that the salesperson was lis person Mani Arif was very knowledgeable and friendly. I've purchased cars before from other dealerships and didn't feel that the salesperson was listening to my concerns or had my best interest considered. I felt that Mani was different and really was listening to me and had my interest and concerns factored into the purchasing process. I would recommend him any day. The only concern I did have was that with a certified pre-owned car I expect to drive the car off the lot without any issues immediately with the car. Well the air conditioner didn't work properly, parts needed to be ordered to fix it. The alinement was off and there were a couple recall item that needed to be repaired before I could take the car. The service department still has the car 3 days after the purchase. I am in a rental supplied by the dealership so that softens the blow but the last thing I expected was that I'd have to return a certified car the next morning for repairs. If the car gets back to me in a day or so and everything is fine, then it will have been all work it. Sincerely, Darrell S. More
