They fired my car and they have no parts!! Can I give them Zero Stars? Well, I took my car in for a recall on saturday and they blew up my electrical system in my car. I have a Hybird and they gave a non hybird to drive while I wait. They assure my that my car would be ready Tuesday after they replace the parts except my one and half year old brand new car will not start any more. They tell me that they don't know what is the probably now. They have to call the hot tech line. They have had my can 5 days. I am stuck driving a car that I have to fill up every 3 days instead of once a week. I call to talk to the General Manager and the receptionist give me the run around and refuse to let me speak to him becasue he is in meeting and that is more important than his customers. She won't answer the phone and keeps sending me to voice mail and advisor won't answer the phone either. Now, here i am with a crappy rental car and I can't get any help and the receptionist is being a pain and won't offer any help! Now, I think I think I need a lawyer and going to talk to the news stations. I get no update and I can't talk to a manager becasue the receptionist is being a b8tc5 woman. Who is going to pay me for extra gas. Update I might get my car back friday!! They don't know if that is goign to fix it!!! The really sad thing is that they don't know what they did to break my car and they don't know how to it fix. They had to call the Tech line. They think it might be a fuse now which means they pushed a huge amount of electricity through my car. What other damage did they do to it? is my battery damaged is other stuff damage? They don't know because they don't know how to fix it after they broke it. I start a case with Hyundai USA. I am calling NBC news tomorrow since the GM at Hyundai of Serramonte is in a meeting and too busy to talk to his customers. More
