I disgusted with the service I Haven't received. I took my Palisade in on 16 of August for service on the sunroof and my service tech was Josh. I waited for someone to call me and fill me in on wha I took my Palisade in on 16 of August for service on the sunroof and my service tech was Josh. I waited for someone to call me and fill me in on what was going on with my car. I NEVER received a call, in fact, we called them several times and no one returned our calls. I could never get a hold of Josh again after having left my vehicle. We then called and spoke to Noe, who I believe is in charge. Well, to no avail, we got promised a lot of things and still.... NO CAR! Today is September the 18th and I still don't have my car. I was told by Noe that parts were coming in on more than one occasion but my car never received one. I found out today that Noe left on VACATION and didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know that my car wasn't getting one of those parts. I understand that there is a National shortage but that is NOT an excuse to forget about your customers. I was given a Santa Fe to drive, which is smaller than my Palisade, which is fine except that my husband struggles to get in and out of it because its so small. Today I spoke to Justin and asked for my car back because we need it. He assured me that he'll call me back. He also said that he was concerned about the tape holding the window together while we made our trip out of town. He said he didn't want the window to fly off! I love my vehicle but Hyundai.... you've got to FIX your service department and their lack of communication with YOUR customers!! More
