We were greeted right away, questioned, offered water and coffee and a place to sit down. The whole staff was friendly, professional and very helpful, searching for just the right car for us. We had been reluctant to start the car shopping because of high-pressure sales pitches that we experienced at various places in the past; but we were pleased to find that those tactics are not used at Hyundai of Pharr.
