I bought a car here in December 2023 and have had poor experiences with the service department and management here since I bought the car. I’ve been extremely patient with this company but I had to finall experiences with the service department and management here since I bought the car. I’ve been extremely patient with this company but I had to finally write this review given all the issues I’ve had with this dealership for the past 7 months. The salesman who sold me the car, Jonathan Nassar, was actually the only bright spot during this whole 7-month ordeal and I feel he did what he could to be helpful, but some things were out of his control and was a management and service department issue. To summarize all that happened… I bought my car here in December and it only had 2,000 miles on it. The night I bought it they informed me a battery terminal was loose and I had to bring it back the next day to tighten it, so I brought it back, which then they told me the alternator also had to be replaced so I left the car for them to fix everything. Then they called me the next day to inform me that when they were test-driving my car after they fixed everything, the service department got into an accident with my car. I waited three months for the bumper to get replaced. I stayed patient with them because I just figured it was an accident and nothing came out of my pocket to fix it. I paid for an Uber to pick up the car when they told me it was ready just to find out it wasn’t actually ready yet and had to Uber right back home. Finally I picked up the car, and it wasn’t running right so I looked and saw that the loose battery terminal they were supposed to fix, which was the original issue, STILL hadn’t been fixed, so once again had to take the car back to service. Two weeks went by and I felt like the car still wasn’t running right so I took the car back to service to check it, and then they told me the transmission needed to be replaced (only 2,000 miles on the car). I still stayed patient because it was under warranty and they replaced the transmission at no cost to me. Last month, in June, the splash shield under the engine came off and I paid $750 out of my pocket to replace it. THEN, when I was washing my car a week later, I noticed the splash shield they JUST replaced was hanging down loosely in the front, and I realized all 4 rivets were missing along the front of the splash shield that connect it to the car. How can you miss that?! I had just paid $750 for the service department to not connect it correctly, and I had to go to an auto-part store myself to buy 4 rivets and put them in myself because if it came off again I knew I would’ve had to pay another $750 to replace it. At this point I had enough and I finally went in-person to speak with the sales manager (Mota) about everything. The manager acted like he couldn’t get me out of his office fast enough and could care less. He had the typical “salesman” vibe and tried to make it sound like he was doing me a favor and was going to give me “a good price” to exchange my car, and had someone take me around the lot and show me a couple cars that were more expensive and my monthly payments would have been $200 more than what I pay now. Yeah that’s great, thanks. To top this all off, LoJack was included in the purchase of my car, and I JUST got it activated, 7 months later, because management/finance department couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t activate and they had my incorrect email address on file, etc, etc, etc. And god forbid you try to contact the finance department by phone and reach anyone in the office, because you can’t. Ever. Or after leaving voice message after voice message just to have nobody in finance ever call you back. I had to text my salesman Jonathan back and forth for 7 months for him to be a messenger between the finance department trying to figure this LoJack issue out. That’s crazy. Finally, they just gave me a contact person at LoJack and I called them myself and LoJack figured it out in 15 minutes. It sucks that I have to leave a review like this, but customer care and service here was horrible. More
Your sales people are surprisingly honest. Enjoyed my experience. There are some times when parking is very tight you might want to free some more up for some customers. Maria our salesperson Enjoyed my experience. There are some times when parking is very tight you might want to free some more up for some customers. Maria our salesperson was efficient and attentive. But by another car from you again. The only thing I would recommend is that your phone coordinator make sure the cars are available when he says they are More
