I was looking to purchase a new car and asked Orlando Mancino who I always go to for service for a reference. He pointed me towards Greg Major who went above and beyond to assist me in doing just that! H Mancino who I always go to for service for a reference. He pointed me towards Greg Major who went above and beyond to assist me in doing just that! He was patient with me as I asked whatever questions I had, very responsive, straight forward with information and even stayed when he should've been off to assist me in my endeavors. He provided great service and if I had to do the process all over again, I'd do it with him. More

Sales reps are rude, unprofessional, and do not value the customer. I spoke with multiple people at this location and all of them act with unprofessional character. Wasted my time trying to build a relations customer. I spoke with multiple people at this location and all of them act with unprofessional character. Regarding an extremely aggressive Manager (Wesley Russell) at Lehman Hyundai (21400 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33169). After half a day at Lehman Hyundai, my family and I (including a 3-month-old infan Russell) at Lehman Hyundai (21400 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33169). After half a day at Lehman Hyundai, my family and I (including a 3-month-old infant) were finalizing a choice between the Palisade Calligraphy or SEL Premium trim levels. The 2 sales associates we had interacted with had been very pleasant and answered our plethora of questions. We had completed an impressive test drive, and even submitted a trade-in evaluation. Up until that point we were satisfied with all interactions and our decision to purchase the Palisade instead of the Telluride was coming to fruition. I even affirmed our likelihood of finalizing the sale by end of the week with a comment to my wife less than 10 minutes before speaking with Wesley. However, everything was quickly derailed once the F&I Director, WESLEY RUSSELL, became involved. His aggressive and erratic behavior took us completely by surprise. There was no escalation or breakdown in communication; within less than 5 minutes of talking he just instantaneously became hyper-aggressive, ceased communication/listening, and had somehow created his own private narrative that we were wasting HIS time because we only wanted to buy a Telluride. I would like to reiterate, that when you choose to spend hours in frigid temperatures with a 3-month-old infant, it is asinine to assume we are not serious buyers and intentionally wasting anyone’s time! Additionally, as a customer ready to spend over $51,000, Wesley’s false and inaccurate perception has no place in our interaction/conversation. His job is to influence the situation to make profit for the dealership, not alienate and attack a genuine customer to the point that we have to abruptly end hours of discussions. We began discussing ‘dealership fees’ and ‘regional adjustment fees’ when I commented that Kia Hollywood has no dealership fees. That lone comment caused Wesley to launch into an unprofessional and aggressive rant. His first response was that he would raise the dealership fee by $5,000. Initially I thought I must be misunderstanding, and I inquired what he meant. He then continued aggressively and sarcastically saying “Why not $10,000 - I know your type, you are not a serious buyer. Go buy a Kia.” I was completely taken back by how aggressive, unprofessional, and his complete disregard for my wanting to finalize a deal. I immediately asked what his name was, to which he raised his voice saying I “didn’t need to know.” When I asked to speak to a manager, he confidently told me he was the manager, and that I should leave! It’s incredulous that as a customer ready to spend over $51,000, I was being asked to leave instead of negotiating fees! Lastly, I informed him he was literally blowing a $50,000 deal, to which he attacked my character again. He absolutely wasted my family’s time, and from my experience I strongly suggest his manager facilitate another line of employment he may be more suited to. More
