On January 16 I came to Lehman Hyundai to purchase a vehicle. My car salesman Kedean was amazing. He walked us through the whole process and made sure we understood the entire time. He was honest and op vehicle. My car salesman Kedean was amazing. He walked us through the whole process and made sure we understood the entire time. He was honest and open about everything and all the questions we had. He even offered to deliver the vehicle to my home. However got an unexpected call that the vehicle they sold me, had a bad transmission. Kedean let me know I could come in to get a replacement of equal or lesser value. When we arrive two days later, they didn't have any other vehicles equal or lesser value but then we found another car 1,000 dollars more of our original car. We let Kedean know as a huge inconvenience, for them to drop the 1,000 dollars and give us the same price as the original car. He said not a problem. Kedean was great through the entire process. The issue I had was the finance manager who was utterly rude and disrespectful. He told us that dropping the 1000 dollars wasn't part of the agreement and our monthly cost will be 309 dollars and that was final. He had no remorse and didn't show any empathy for a mistake that YOU guys did. Instead of helping us the customer, he just gave me a full refund of the Deposit I made. I will never be apart of the Lehman family. More
